Fantastic company!
Fantastic company! We did not know Spain, but received a lot of expert explanations about the regions. Later we went out with one of the sellers. A fantastic guide here too! We didn't feel any pressure and were given neutral information. It seemed as if we had been visiting places for years, we got to hear so much in a short time!
I can recommend Medland to everyone!

Stay away from MedlandSpain !
We contacted MedlandSpain few times and Eveline sent us some options of newbuilt projects in Benidorm. We went back to Benidorm after one month and suddenly she didn’t want to show us anymore any of her proposed projects. As we were looking to view some projects so we could compare them in the market today. As it was not for an immediate sale, she wanted to get rid of us with a false reason. This company is to avoid, they don’t take you serious. There are a lot of better choices to choose from in the real estate market. You can visit any project with any developer. Stay away from MedlandSpain !

Wouldn't recommend them at all never told that deposits weren't refundable so I am now 10,000 euros out of pocket as they tried selling me a non completed property and wanted more monies to finish it absolute joke also attitude of sales person was totally unhelpful when I told him we decided not to proceed
