In cases of emergency with pets, a one-day delivery is expected. This considering that the delivery is within Germany and that the DHL delivery is not cheap (25% of the product bought).

Excellent customer service
Ordering and payment was quick and easy.
The delivery took a bit longer than usual, maybe because it was delivered from the Netherlands to Germany.
The product was in original packaging however, some items were missing. It was obviously the manufacturer's fault. The customer service responded quickly, apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent a replacement without questioning or further verification.
I would definitely order from Medpets again.
