I have been using another online services for my 2 dogs called "medicanimals". They use dpd as their carrier and unfortunately with every order more than half of the cans were completely damaged. Every time I had to send a complaint and receive a new package which was again damaged. They would refuse to change from dpd to dhl so I decided to leave them and try med pets.
I am very satisfied as they have always what I order in stock, and I don't have to wait extra for them to get it from elsewhere.
At med pets they start the delivery the same day as your order day and you receive your package well packed with protection around and nothing damaged thanks to dhl who deliver the goods to the proper hand and do not throw it in front of the door.
Thanks. Why did I not choose med pets from the beginning?

Service at its best!
The first impressions of medpet were gained via their homepage, which is clearly laid out and the prices are competitive. The online ordering is simple and straightforward and dispatch of the items is very quick. Unfortunately I gave in a misleading address and DHL claimed they could not deliver the package. I phoned medpet and they immediately offered to send out the same order again without even waiting for the first order to be returned to them by DHL. You cannot ask for more than that! I will certainly order from medpet again - but next time with the correct address from the start!!! :-)
