Quick delivery, no probs.

Great service - easy to access and fast delivery.

Very good service, would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered the meds at 6am on the Friday and paid for a next day delivery before 1pm and the meds got delivered after 1pm on the next Tuesday. I wrote to the customer service department and I never had any answer.

I didn’t get my order for the extra postage I paid - I e mailed to express my concern and to ask for a full refund and I’ve heard nothing back from them . Very disappointing and not as advertised .

I recently made a purchase of anti-biotics through Meds For Less. This part of the experience was fine, unfortunately they've now started spamming my email address with unwanted health marketing crap, without my permission. I HATE when companies do this.

You can see that Meds have replied below to my review. It doesn't matter that each email has an unsubscribe button, companies are not allowed to subscribe people to their marketing lists in the first place without their permission. Also, I already emailed Meds asking about this matter and they haven't bothered to reply.

Quick and easy to use

Placed my order on 11 december number 76425. My order never arrived, tracking number say not arrived at royal mail. I payed for 48hr delivery. I have emailed twice and no reply. The phone number provided doesn't take calls. Quite disappointed as I placed an order before and had no problems.

Packet received and partial refund issued. I will order again as no problems in the past. 4 stars instead of 5 for lack of communication.

Meds for less are always dependable and their customer service is first class even on a Saturday. The medication is always the brand requested. Could not get better service than here.

My order did not arrive

I have used Meds for Less for the last few months and I could not be happier. 100%gwnuune items and sent exactly by the postage what I paid for. I would reccomend to anyone.

I went through the online application successfully and the medication was placed in my shopping basket. I tried to pay via apple and also via credit card but their system wasn’t working to take any payment which isn’t very good when it promises 24 hour delivery. I gave up after ten attempts. The following day I received an email from them asking me to continue with my checkout. But this time for identification, they wanted a copy of my driving license or id or visa before I could access my basket when I already have an account and password with them and they have all my details. They didn’t ask for this when I originally applied for the medication. They wouldn’t allow me access to my shopping basket without first giving them access to my driving licence details which I am not about to do. Something very wrong with this site. Please be careful when using it.

You can start by giving us our money back! Drugs never arrived but you kept our money! Ok, an update. Since the review someone has finally got in touch. It’s a shame it took the review to get an answer. However, situation has been resolved. Thank goodness!
