I experienced two mix-ups with my order, receiving the wrong products both times. While this was frustrating at first, the way the issue was handled completely changed my impression. The seller responded quickly, took full responsibility, and immediately accepted the solution I suggested, without any hassle. Their communication was polite, proactive, and genuinely focused on making things right.
Mistakes can happen — what truly matters is how they’re resolved. In this case, the customer service was outstanding. Because of their professionalism and dedication to fixing the problem, I’m giving five stars. I would happily order from them again.

The best and most efficient place I have ever found, better than my own GP. I like that my order is vetted by a qualified physician before it is signed off for the pharmacy. This tells me everytime that I matter, my heath matters. I love that I get step by step updates from when I place an order. I love that I am informed in advance when to expect my order. My recent order, although was not needed straightaway, I will need it for the Wednesday coming and now it’s Sunday meant i didn’t have to worry about falling behind in my treatment over the busy December period when deliveries can get delayed by Royal Mail. I’m at peace knowing I’m going to be ok with my treatment until January comes around and then I can order after the 1st week of January again. Peace of mind is why I always buy from meds for less. The best authentic place I have ever discovered. I trust in this place which means I trust them with my health.
