I thoroughly enjoyed doing the course at my own pace. The content was easy to follow along with and understand. The support I got was amazing. I do wish there was an option to purchase the course as a paper copy as well, but I think there's an option to download the learning material individually. Overall, great experience and I learned a lot!

I am a mature age student who did not get to finish high school. I was terrified of failure and very aware that I did not know 'how' to study. The support I received from everyone at MAT was amazing. I was teary, extremely anxious to the point of having trouble breathing at times, the wonderful staff set me at ease every time. I can't thank them enough and I am proud to say I finished. Thanks again everyone at MAT. What you do matters.

My experience with Medical Administration Training has been genuinely positive and rewarding. The course content was practical, clearly set out, and so easy to follow that I actually didn`t need to contact my trainers—though I always knew they were accessible and supportive if I did. The units reflected real healthcare work, making the learning feel relevant rather than theoretical.
The way complex topics like WHS, legal compliance, budgeting, and people performance were broken down made the study process much less overwhelming. I also really enjoyed the practice videos, they were fun to create, allowed me to show my personality, and helped me put real time and effort into my learning.
The online platform was simple to navigate, with well-organised resources. The assessments were challenging in a meaningful way, encouraging critical thinking and building genuine confidence in practical management skills.
MAT excels at providing realistic scenarios that mirror day-to-day clinic challenges, which strengthened my problem-solving abilities.
Overall, the learning experience felt supportive, professional, and thoughtfully designed. Medical Administration Training is doing an excellent job—and that truly made my experience a great one.

I had a very good experience doing my course with Medical Administration Training as they assisted me a lot and I didn’t need to rush with my assessments as I had more than enough time to complete. Medical Administration Training has been a great learning resource!
I've appreciated all that I've learnt this past year.

The course itself has been very informative, gearing me up for my career ahead. The assessment questions were also thought-provoking and engaging. There is also plenty of times to complete assessments before the deadline which is great if you're already working/studying.

The team at MAT have been so helpful throughout my time here and has made my time here so smooth. They're very quick to assist and friendly.

I definitely enjoyed my experience with MAT and I would definitely recommend!!

Out of date. Covid is no longer a thing and some aspects of the course were vague.

Absolutely fabulous! The trainers are so nice and give clear feedback, and the content is genuinely interesting. Some demonstration videos involved but nothing too bad! Workload is manageable and staff are great and flexible.

When I handed in my assignments they were marked and sent back quickly which made it easier for me to continue my coarse.
When I needed help and phone a trainer I got hold of someone quickly and had my questions answered so that I could continue studying without holdups. The course itself was very interesting for me and I learnt some new things but also I found that I had also covered some of the content in my lifetime experience.

I found studying through Medical Administration Training to be a very easy process and everyone I interacted with was very supportive and knowledgeable and this greatly helped me to complete my diploma in practice management.

Course materials are fairly engaging and l was given plenty of time to complete them. I did find some units to be vague in explanation and not able to get help on a weekend was frustrating. I work during the week.

Being able to study at my own pace. Responses from trainers was very quick after submitting assessments and guidance given where needed. All material was easily understood sometimes I just needed to remember the where to find the extra information from the extra files. Would have been nice if all of the subject Learner Resources were downloadable.

The course information was comprehensive and up to date. The links to relevant government and industry information was exemplary. The support and understanding was amazing and much appreciated.

I completed a cert 3 in medical administration. The fees for the course were cheaper than TAFE. Quality of the course content is the same. Feedback, help and marking of assessments was much prompter than TAFE. Often my assessments were marked the same day as I submitted them. I would definitely recommend. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
