I came to MAT after a terrible, horrible experience with another provider. I wanted to finish off the qualification and got credit transfers for some of my units and completed the rest through MAT. From my first contact I found them professional, very quick to respond and enrolment was smooth sailing. The turnaround time for assessment was very fast and because of the speedy marking I progressed very quickly and finished in good time. The teachers were contactable and gave good feedback on assessments. I would highly recommend them and would do another course with them once I have the funds for the fees.

I was able to study online part time around work and family life, instructions were easy to understand but if needed trainers were available and responded quickly.
The trainers are professional, friendly and helpful.
After 2 years I finally completed my certificate 4 and received my beautiful certificate in the post!

I liked that I could complete in my own time however I felt that marking assessments to be slow and also receiving the next unit. No encouragement or motivation to help you complete your units, no reaching out to see how your doing, you don't hear from them unless you contact them with an issue.
