The overall training was a fantastic experience - the online part covered a lot of material but it was engaging and easy to learn from. Mark was also engaging and easy to learn from - he made connections between what we had learnt online into practical everyday situations.

Mark was an incredible trainer who presented information in an easy-to-access way. The E-learning component was the best one I have ever completed, and actually helped me to retain the information. I recently needed to put the training into practice, and I feel this course equipped me to manage the situation calmly and effectively.
