Medvape has different domains .nl, .fr, dk etc
I ordered from .nl
And I must say I got my package today.
It took three weeks after ordering to receive my item.
And I took them 1 week to respond.
BUT the Price is unbeatable!
I am very happy with my item.
So my advice don't panic if they don't respond and take in too account that it can take up to three weeks.
Other than that I CAN recommend!

TOTAL SCAM!! I see that owner is replying to honest bad reviews as he solved problems, but all of that is a lie. I hope that Kristian (owner of this site) pays price for scamming such a big number of people, either on this or other world.

Real Shop, not a Scam
Lots of update emails regarding the shipment. Better too many than none. My biggest concern really was that it could be a scam, as there are vape scam shops out there (those often have minimum order requirements and questionable payment methods, that would not allow you to make a claim with the payment service used). So no scam here; products arrived. Quality good. Will order again. Many thanks

Worst customer support I have ever experienced
got scammed and support don't answer
Update:
This is by far the worst and most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had.
They are saying I haven't responded to their emails because i didn't respond within 2 hours, in those 2 hours they sent me 3 mails (two of them only 5 min apart) and in the last one they accuse me of trying to scam them because I didn't respond fast enough when I literally wasn't even home and didn't have the opportunity to respond.
And then they are saying my total order value was only 8€ witch is just a straight up lie, I actually paid over 60€ so they are just lying on here to make my review seem invalid.
They get mad that I don't respond for 2 hours yet they have not responded to any of my emails all day now and they also never responded to my initial mail to support they only contacted me after i left this review more than a week later, hypocrisy at it's finest.
This Kristian guy I talked to is unhinged and rude af and has no business handling customer support.

To be transparent:
Your total order was valued €8(!), and in our experience, most complaints of this type come from very small orders where customers expect free replacements without following the return process. This pattern happens often, which is why we address it openly.
Despite this, we still offered:
– A free warranty shipment, and
– A simple request to return one bottle so we can investigate with our supplier.
You haven’t replied to any of that.
We’re more than willing to fix genuine issues — but we need cooperation. Please answer our email so we can complete the process for you.
We’re ready to help as soon as you get back to us.

I’ve tried contacting them several times, but all I get are excuses or no response at all. This is honestly unacceptable – terrible service and communication. According to UPS tracking (1ZH9R7036810374322), you requested a Hold at UPS Access Point on 22/09, and the parcel was delivered and ready for pickup at Mina Livs, Docentgatan 1B, 21552 Malmö. The package remained available for several weeks before the delivery change was cancelled by UPS on 08/10 due to it not being collected.
Your review states that no product or communication was provided, which is not accurate. The shipment was completed as promised, and the delivery delay occurred only because the package was not picked up.
