Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered THCP, not HHC (which according to their own policy should ship with DHL). Instead, they sent it with normal Correos without informing me. Now my order is delayed over 10 days and I won’t even be in the country to receive it. False advertising, poor communication, and no accountability. Be very careful ordering from them if you expect fast or reliable delivery. Luckily, I filed a chargeback with my card and got my money back.
It could be a good business — if they actually knew how to run it properly.

I had to pick up the parcel myself, although when purchasing I indicated the delivery address where I live. There were problems with the address of the parcel pick-up point. The store staff did not help me, although I wrote them three emails.

No compensation for wrong order
I ordered 2 products. One was missing and the other one was wrong. I contacted customer service email but no answer. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they refused to cooperate they answered with "I'm sorry you got the wrong order" and "oh wow" when i told them about their mistake. No compensation for their mistake.

SCAM! be aware
I have placed my order 20.02.2025. After 2 days I got email saying: "Your order encountered a delivery exception". After contact with store using WhatsApp I was told all kind of bullsh*t and lies about my package. Right now I'm sure that this is SCAM! Be aware, don't buy anything from that store - you loose your money.
