Waiting for my order
I ordered a month ago on 23.11.2024. Still haven't received anything.
I already ordered something a year or 2 ago and i got everything pretty fast, so was hoping that this time would be the same. But gotta say, the status is on "order in process" now for 20 days. I ordered 2 months ago. I did contact the customer service 2 weeks ago and they told me they have some problems due to DHL Express refusing to ship cannabinoids.
So yeah, still 4 stars since I did have a good experience 1-2 years ago with medvape.
I will update this review as soon as I get my package though. I can understand if DHL is the problem here and I hope medvape can still deliver soon. BUT it still sucks, i wanted to gift some of them to my friends for christmas. Now I have to buy something else i guess, which kinda sucks.

absolutely appalling customer service
paid for 24h express to my door, was shipped via the wrong service so took ages and then ended up at a pickup point that I was unable to get to because I have no transport, was lied to about the service it was sent by when I contacted customer support even though it clearly stated how it was sent on the tracking, was ignored by customer support after I pointed this out, eventually had to pay someone €30 to drive down and pick it up for me on the last day before it got sent back. finally got it 3 weeks late and €30 poorer.
(product itself is fantastic and 5 star though)
Edit since I can't reply: it never came to my door and I did not pay DHL to bring it to me (they refused to do anything since they had no obligation as it was sent via standard parcel service which in Finland does not go to your door). I paid a handyman I knew who was willing to do odd jobs who was completely unaffiliated with either company to drive 30km out of his way to bring it to me. this review is not false and you are once again lying!!! wtf.
I paid for 24h express delivery on *black friday* and finally got it on 17th december after paying a *3rd party* to retrieve it for me so that I would get it before Christmas this is NOT just "how it always is on the holidays" jfc.

Yes you paid €30 to demand DHL to ship your package to your door it reached you later than expected. Thats how it always is during the Holiday seasons.

I purchased a product almost a month…
I purchased a product almost a month ago and still not received anything. I wrote them several emails (through their site, and also other email addresses I found online) No response at all. I tried to call them and the first time I could talk to someone who was asking me to send the order reference per whatsapp, but the number was not connected to whatsapp. I could send only SMS, but I got no answer. I tried to call them again several times but nobody answered. I worte them emails again, no answer. They have my money, I don't have my product.
