Cancellation ignored
Placed an order on 21/03. Received an email on 03/04 (13 days later) saying one of the plants had root rot and couldn’t be shipped. The order was placed mainly for said plant, so I requested a cancellation of the full order. This request was ignored and I didn’t respond anymore after that. Nothing happened and I sent out another email on 12/04 requesting a cancellation once again. They ignored my request once again, and the next day I get a shipping notification from them. I am very disappointed because I communicated clearly and they did the opposite of what I asked. Sadly I read the T&C’s and you are OBLIGED to accept a shipment from them
Update: got an answer and we could come to an agreement, I am very thankful for that. Moral: you have to push through a bit with customer service before getting a solution.
