The plants arrived in mint condition and were delivered really quickly even though I live in Scandinavia. Will definitely be ordering plants from here again.

I'm very pleased
It's the third time I ordered and I'm very satisfied. The customer service is very good, the plants arrive very safe and in good packaging. The prices are quite good. Only thing is that the shipping to Greece is very expensive. 28€ maybe try a different carrier?

Weak customer service
I think overall the shop is fine, I like the family company concept. The people really love their plants, all is ok until something goes wrong , the customer service is not really good , I had problem with small plants which stayed too long in box 8days shipping, they came in bad condition and until now this problem wasn't sorted.
It takes a bit trust away , as I would order even a bit more expensive planta but in case something happens they is no support to help me.

Healthy plant, and need a better service.
Plant arrived well and healthy. I did a mistake and deleted their email invitation to review. Unfortunately it can not be resent because according to the owner, not everyone receives the email. Too bad, I want to earn the points by writing a review and can not do it. Better customer service is good to have to retain the customers.
