Fast shipping, nice plants, good variety and fair pricing.
BUT: not always consistent when adding heatpacks in winter and I recommend to always check the roots on arrival. On my last order, the roots on two hoyas I received were dead and I had to propagate. The way I see it, they put cuttings in too large pots when really, that's not necessary since I would happily pay the relatively low price they put on rare hoya even if the pot was smaller. Maybe it's better with plants they understand better, but with hoya, I have made some relatively bad experiences - the first one I ordered with them eventually got root rot as well and I think it was because the pot it came in had one of those strange drainage holes that is raised, while water is allowed to collect further below in the pot. Back then, I didn't yet have the policy to repot right away upon purchase... Thankfully, hoya can always be chopped and propped in such cases.
Another hoya I bought was a little smaller than expected and certainly smaller than many of the specimen I saw on instagram from the same seller during the same period. There should be more consistency there.
