I get compliments every time I wear them for being so unique and cool.

The shipment arrived so early that I was so impressed and could wear it earlier than intended. Love it!

The pieces are priced fairly. As a student I can now rock good style and look out for nice deals.

The dresses i ordered are cute but extremely cheap material and delivery was a nightmare!!! The clothing is not expensive and for some reason i have to be home to sign for the package😣. I tried to have the package redelivered and it never happened…. So I drove 15 mins away to pick up the package. Also, shipping took forever!!! I will never order from here again.

We ordered a bunch of clothes from meet me there NL to Zurich. They were supposed to be part of my daughter’s present for her birthday. They never arrived. I ordered them on 9th March, today is 23rd of April. I have sent more than 10 emails. Every time a different person replies, I am not sure there is a real person behind or some kind of an agent. All the info was misleading. They even lied that the parcel was delivered. The courier company confirmed that the parcel has never entered Switzerland. I am not sure I will even get my money back ( 200 chf). But the worst was to see the disappointment on the face of my daughter. I do not recommend using their services. Actually it is the worst online experience I ever had!

This is by far the best boutique! The prices are maybe a little bit high, but the quality is there so I’m not complaining! Besides, I’ve never had a problem with the shipment and that’s a great point! Well, I love meet me there! Keep going!

Horrendous Delivery Experience.
We placed two different orders with Meet Me There as my teenage daughter is desperately set on one specific adorable ski jacket she wanted for her ski trip starting tomorrow (5APR2025). We placed our 1st ski jacket order on 4 March 2025 for delivery to our physical ENGLAND UK address. A week passed and we did not receive her ski jacket. Meet me There through email said they were not able to ship to England. Their website said they do ship to England. After some back and forth they refunded me the money.
My daughter didn’t get her ski jacket.
However, because my daughter is dead set on the jacket, we then placed another order on 22 March 2025 for the same ski jacket choosing to have it delivered instead to our USA Mail BOX. Hoping that MEET ME THERE will deliver to my USA address since they couldn’t deliver to my UK address. Their website says they deliver to both USA and UK.
It’s now one day before my daughter goes on her ski trip and we still do NOT have her ski jacket in hand. She is terribly devastated and mainly because she had heart set on the one super cool ski jacket that she could sport around the Italian ski slopes with her friends for 6 days. NOPE. DREAM DEAD.
Meet Me There, we’re sharing our terrible and heart breaking experience with all our friends in the U.S. and UK. It’s not worth it to ever see my daughter (or anyone) this crushed and especially about a ski jacket for her upcoming ski trip. This was suppose to be special. Utter disappointment.
Highly suggest you get a process engineer and a delivery team to analyze your broken system and fix it, or your company will flounder.

It took almost a month for my package to come and the package was broken! When i wanted to return the clothes that i ordered, the link didnt work and i had to return them from the other return label! Also the return label was really hard!

clothes were cute but the brand is very weird and they havent invested on returning or shipping:(

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still have received it or even had any updates on its whereabouts. Delivery said 3-5 working days so very late. I really need my order soon because i need it by next week when I go on holiday. Not impressed.

update it is now the first of april and I made my order 23 days ago. still haven’t received the tracking information. What a scam!!

I did an order on the 3rd of march and they still havent sent me the track.I dont know if its normal or not but im getting anxious.I sent an e-mail to them 2 days after i did the order and they said that my package is late because they’re moving in another warehouse.If MMT is reading this,can you anse et please ?

Super fast delivery! Great quality

It's not at all clear that if you buy from the UK you get slapped with duties (obviously this is a risk when buying from outside UK but it's not clear that it's outside the UK). There are plenty of opportunities to warn people from the UK about this. At checkout for example! They also make it very difficult to return from the UK so I'm lumped with bad quality ski gear that doesn't fit my daughter, I'm £220 down and have no confidence that if I pay for a return that it will arrive there or I will get a refund. Customer Service isn't helpful and just says that it's in their returns policy and it's the customer's responsibility to do their research. Nice.

I had a horrible experience, because I made a purchase of $132.77, I bought the Oslo pants and the Stargirl hoodie which never arrived. They were never even sent to DHL which doesn't make sense because there only job was to send it there. I wrote two mails to 2 different accounts the first one was after asking DHL if they had my package and they said they never received it, so i sent my first email by the 21st of December and never got an answer back, and my second email by January 1st, and the only thing I received back was a spam email saying that within 3 days they'll answer, which never happened. I wish they could at least answer my last email and fix all this because I spent money on something I really wanted and never got what I wanted.

I ordered weeks ago, UPS have admitted that they have lost the parcel and asked Meet Me There to make a claim. I asked them to please refund and they have ignored my emails completely! It’s a sham! I have had to raise a claim with Klarna to attempt to get my money back. Stay well away from this company!

So bad!
I ordered my dresses in the start off week 52.
I have contacted meet me there serveral times, and they just told me to be patient.
They have delivered the package to Denmark, but non of the danish delivery people have registed it. Dao, GLS, PostNord. They can’t tell me who is sending my package. And I know it doesent take a week for delivery in Denmark.

Stay away from meet me there. Bad service and it takes WEEKS for it to deliver.🙂

Very dissapointing: I ordered some dresses for my teenage daughter. At first it took many weeks until the products were delivered. I had to contact "meet me there" serveral times to ask for my order status. Then, finally, the dresses arrived and were in very poor quality. Therefore I returned them. Not only was it difficult to generate the return label (the system of meet me there was not working correctly). Then I finally got to return the products but meet me there didnt claim the retoure and charged me full order price.
I highly recommend to stay away from ordering here: poor qualtiy, terrible customer journey and customer support.

Don’t ever consider buying from this company! It’s fake. Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and now ‘it’ ready for pick-up at packstation’. No address of the ‘packstation’ and I also realize that the name of delivery company (Deutsche Post DHL) is fake. I am so annoyed that I was not aware of all the bad signals,

Quick delivery, amazing quality, no complaints at all, amazing.

Item ordered a week and a half ago, was supposed to have arrived already and it just got shipped. Shipping is expensive and sending items back is even more expensive. Had to go out and buy another outfit in the meantime since the dress did not arrive as promised. Meet Me There has cost me a lot of money! I will not be ordering from this company again.

The clothes are for my niece - she is very happy. I was happy with the service, as one item did not get sent, and with hardly any effort, we were able to get a replacement that arrived in time for Christmas… many thanks!

Disappointed. My order was meant to come almost a week ago, yet has not shown up and I have not been given any shipping information. I was promised it would come between 3 days last week and I am now gutted because it was a dress that I needed for something. With paying £13 for shipping I would expect a lot more, or even at least a clear way to track my parcel. I have no idea where it is and the tracking website appears to not work and is also in another language so it’s extremely hard to understand. Again, so disappointing because the clothes seem lovely- yet now I am questioning whether this is a scam.

Extremely disappointed with Meet Me There. It has been far too long, and I still have not received my parcel. To make matters worse, they are not even replying to my emails. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be reporting this matter further. I strongly advise others to avoid their service.
