My daughter bought a few things in the store, she returned some of them and had to pay almost 8 euros ! After 1 month and a halve no money back , the store just gave no real answers and looks like if they don’t want to give the money back( more than 100 euros) it’s a sad situación , my daughter is just 16 years old and she was working hard after school to have some money to buy cloth and now the store is no paying back .

You have to pay 7 euros to return something! Also return process is difficult. The cost to return shipping is more then the sending.

Placed an order for the UK. No where in the purchase journey does it indicate the shipment will incur custom and duty at the border. Critical information and fees are hidden, which is not inline with the EU customer rights act.

They don't take returns for America, I get that they are based in the Netherlands but I wanted to ship it to them while I was in Europe so I wouldn't have to pay $20 to ship back a top that I actually hated and they wouldn't extend the return cutoff. Also the cutoff is too short for America because if you are trying to decides if you want something or not and if you want to put in the energy of returning it then you might not have enough time for it to get back to them, I'm not going to spend more money on express shipping. The clothes are cute and good quality but they don't give you good enough customer service for the prices you have to spend on the clothes and shipping.

I ordered from them 11 days ago. they still haven't shipped the products. I sent them a message about it and they replied that they don't have all the products in the order. I asked them how long it would take and they said they didn't know. Now they have not responded to messages at all.

Quick but expensive postage. The item is not high quality despite the price (£50 for a short summer dress). I could buy similar from a market! Very disappointed.

Absolutely loved the skirt. Great quality and perfect fit. Shipping was very fast considering it was from abroad. Will definitely be buying from here again!

My daughter loves MMT. She attended the opening of their store in Amsterdam and we have spent a lot of money in there since. It was her birthday in December so I ordered a sweater we couldn’t find in the store from their online service. When it arrived the quality was shocking! It had random white thread on the outside of the (navy blue) sleeves and the inside had wool going in all different directions, like a 3 year old had put it together. I took it to the store in Amsterdam where the lovely girls working there agreed it was terrible quality but said I would have to go back to the online service, which I did. MMT customer services did not want to admit or take any sort of responsibility for the state of the sweater, despite me sending very clear photos and explaining we’ve always liked their products in the past. In the end I got told I could have another sweater but “they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be the same!”. They’ve now gone completely silent and I’m still without a replacement sweater. My daughter is so upset and has herself said she never wants to go there again. I don’t know what’s going on with this company but something is not right. I would advise to avoid them at all costs. Very overpriced with appalling customer service. Primark has better quality clothes than most of the clothes we’ve bought from MMT which is quite something given the prices MMT charge.

Rude customer service, got charged extra without any explanation. The customer service was just rude and no help. I would not recommend to order from here

The quaility on the clothes are not good at all, i bought a dress and it ripped the first time i wore it. The tops were in cheap material and were see through. I have ordered clothes with better quality than this from SHEIN

This company send the wrong clothing items to my daughter. I can't return the items as they are not what was ordered. I have written the company six times and I have still not received a plan for what to do or a refund. We will never use or recommend this website to anyone!

Everything online looked very nice, however after receiving them I notice a how bad the quality was (it does not align with the price). Returning the clothes is going to cost me 15€ and it was all for nothing. I’m pretty sad since I though this could become a new go to store.

I placed an order on May 24 and I still have not received a confirmation of my order. The order is paid by me, but afterwards it is quiet. I send an email to the customer service but no response.

Horrible customer service. I ordered over 3 weeks ago (with no item being preordered) and have complained several times and been ignored for over 3 days. Then I sent them an email saying that they should at least answer my emails and now they are telling me that something went wrong with my order and that I will not get the clothes and just get my money back. Other stores would give you a coupon or anything for free to make up for it. I am not even expecting that but I at least want everything that I ordered ! I am so disappointed.

There is no confirmation by email and the skirts are not delivered. Unfortunately I will file a report with the police.

I ordered a dress December 19th, I got a mail saying the dress was gonna arrive in 3-5days - now it’s December 30th and the dress hasn’t even been shipped yet. I was gonna wear the dress on new years:(
