I recently joined my very first Meet5…
I recently joined my very first Meet5 event and it was a genuinely great experience.
From the start, the communication was clear and well organised, which immediately gave me confidence.
What I really appreciated was being able to recognise other participants through the photos in advance. It made arriving at the event much easier and more relaxed. Of course it’s a little exciting the first time you join, but it felt surprisingly safe and comfortable.
The atmosphere was open, friendly and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed myself.
A very positive first impression — I will definitely join again

Meeting
What struck me the most was the diversity of the courses and the ease with which strangers can create an authentic bond around simple conversations. We leave with the feeling of having broadened our horizon, maybe even a little changed ourselves.

Fresh outlook, pleasant surprises
Thanks to Deutschlandticket I can meet new people in cities and towns I rarely get a chance to visit. Had a wonderful afternoon in a bookstore with folks from all walks of life. We hit it off immediately. A great concept when you are tired of going places alone all the time. One click and you can join. Easy to manage, fun to set up own activity and incentive to try something you have never given a chance before. I highly recommend this app as you really will be blessed: Host knows fine restaurant, fun party, interesting author, happy sing-along, scenic nature spot - you get to share a table, walk, dance and talk. A win - win all around!!

Nice people at great meetups
It's a good app for meeting nice people at great meetups. However, the app is very limited if you don't pay. You also can't search for people you've already met at meetups – the search function doesn't exist. Furthermore, the app isn't easy to understand or intuitive.
