They’ve charged me £7 for barrier…

They’ve charged me £7 for barrier charges, i gave £20 pounds to driver and when i asked for £13 to be given back he said that he haven’t got any change and he want that change for coffee… They are scamming people.. to be honest.and this happened when we dropped the car at their parking garage.
