Ugh…Don’t do it!
Ugh. Don’t do it! I’ve been with this company for over a year and I cannot get out from under it. And then I received this email today: “We’re so sorry to let you know that due to circumstances beyond our control we will no longer be able to make new credit card payments from your Tally line of credit, effective immediately.
Tally’s lines of credit are funded in many different ways. In order to help our members save money in interest charges, we borrow money in bulk so that we can pass these better rates directly to our members. Unfortunately, the investor that funded your account has informed Tally they will no longer provide funding for any accounts, despite Tally’s efforts to reach a different outcome.
Tally will continue to service and support your account, but there will be no future credit card payments made on your behalf.”
So, now I make my own payments plus I have an additional one. Worst credit reduction company.

Worst mistake I’ve ever made. Huge scam. Just stops paying your cc with no warning, poorly managed.

Tally has been a great help with managing my credit card balance/debt. A great alternative to getting a consolidation loan.
Life changing help with Tally!
My Experience with Tally has been life changing. They're services helped me get my credit scores raised. I truly recommend there service 💯%!
Once the process is set up
Once the process is set up, I don’t have as much stress about monitoring and paying down the balances. Wish I had done this sooner!
No approval, Credit Data doesnt matter
I have a 680 Fico Score, no collections, no negatives on my credit report. I have 4 credit cards, 3 of them have low utilization (literally below $300). 1 card is maxed out. They keep denying me. This makes no sense. lmao

If I could give it 0 starts I would
Stay away from this company. I don’t know where to begin. It’s ridiculous how they don’t offer an account number and routing number. It took over a month to do a balance transfer. I had to ask my other creditor for a check and when I sent it off to tally it took over a month! I understand it’s not their fault, however I did call them multiple times asking if the check had made it and it didn’t. I did address my concerns that in a month tally would charge me interest again… and I wanted to avoid that because technically I was making my payments earlier than that date. They assured me that I wouldn’t be charged interest because that payment will be processed as that day I wrote that check. Complete lies! They charged me and when I addressed this situation to them they just apologized for the miscommunication and they “took care of the interest charge” that accrued just right after that interest hit my account, so thanks for nothing…
I was also supposed to get a good deal with my creditor that was supposed to expire on October 10th. Now, I was just able to get access to my tracking number for my mail that I sent (in the beginning of September) and it said that it was delivered on October 5th. So I connected with Tally addressing my concerns, I explained that I would miss out on the deal if it was placed any day further then that and they said they’d look into it and they’d email me back by the end of the day to see if they received it… I got nothing. So I was about to call on Monday to follow up and unfortunately they’re closed that day. And the day following was the 10th….(so the deadline was missed). I didn’t get a message until the 12th of October that they received and processed it. So for one, I missed out on a deal that was supposed to save me money and instead I had to pay more out of my pocket.
Two, they were aware of my check checks arrival and they just sat back and did nothing for a whole 3 business days to get that situation handled. They also did nothing to help me to correct that interest fee payment that I was told that I shouldn’t worry about…
I’m usually someone who does NOT write any type of review, but my experience has been awful and nothing but a pain to try to handle. Don’t even think about getting Tally!

Where to start... STAY AWAY
Where to start. They were great when I first started. I paid my monthly amount each month until they decided they could not longer offer the service of paying my cards to me. They are not willing to work with me on a payment plan and now expect me to pay their full monthly payment as if they were still paying my cards.... IN ADDITION TO PAYING MY OWN CARDS NOW! Customer service offered one payment plan amount and then never replied when I agreed. I asked again because I never heard back and they gave me a higher payment plan amount even though a prior email that I still have shows evidence that they would offer the lower amount.
STAY AWAY! They can apparently leave you high and dry and not care that you now have double the bills to pay when you are already struggling!

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. I never used my card & the card balance somehow stayed the same but I acquired a $2000 Tally debt with 26% interest on TOP OF MY CC INTEREST. I complained and ask them for advice, next thing I know they close my acct, demand a $500 mo minim payment on top of my CC 300 minimum. Now I’m in debt 8000 instead of 6000. Tally screwed me. Worse scam ever. DONT DO IT. TALLY charges you interest!!!!

Scam
They will put you in further debt , like a loan shark.
They will threaten to ruin your credit for 7 years when you communicate to them that you are unable to pay a upcoming minimum due and ask to do a payment plan to get caught up. That is no way to treat your customers who always pay their monthly payments and over communicate with you to stay caught up and keep you in the know. They will punish you for trying to work with them even when you are struggling. Who makes a minimum payment due over 800 dollars? That's ridiculous. Clearly you need to fix your interest rates or do something else to help your customers who are just trying to survive during tough times. STAY AWAY - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

WOW!! Research before signing up with Tally!
WOW! Thank God I reviewed Tally here on Trustpilot BEFORE signing up with them.
While researching personal LOC's online and through my bank and local Credit Union, I came across Tally and gave them a closer look. First of all, their website "verbiage" is extremely convoluted and almost seems intent on deception. The "offer" sounds good, but according to MANY folks who have had the misfortune of signing up with Tally, it was a classic "bait and switch" scam. IMPORTANT: The MAIN thing I noticed amongst almost ALL of the "glowing" 5-Star ratings (here on Trustpilot and other review sites) is that almost ALL of the reviews were left by folks who had JUST signed up and were "approved" for a glorified pay-day loan...still high on the dopamine-rush of getting "approved" and NOT YET REALIZING that transferring their high interest credit card balances (debt) to yet an even WORSE, relentless moneylender (better known as a loan shark), will ultimately cause them even MORE financial distress. Folks, there are other options out there...Getting a true Personal Line of Credit (PLOC) from "real" banks and Credit Unions can be a life changer/game changer for you and your family. Take the time to look into it and avoid predatory SHARKS like Tally.

Worst experience, stay far away..
I had selected the option where I pay my own cards to pause Tally paying those cards, but little did I know they have a default 2nd option already preselected to yes for “late fee protection” which means they still pay the card. I didn’t want that balance added to my credit line, so now they put my minimum amount due as an astronomical amount of money (almost near $1,000). Usually my minimum payments are $340 something. I asked for help getting caught up since I wasn’t prepared for paying over $700 minimum payment and they said best they can offer is $440. They began threatening me by mentioning if I don’t pay at least that amount that I can’t avoid a “charge off” of my account and that it stays on my credit report for 7 years etc etc. my account is not even past due AT ALL at this point and they’re already throwing the word “charge off” around. I’m trying to work with them but they are not playing nice and will definitely make you miserable if they want to. I would not recommend Tally to anyone. I also will not be a return user of Tally once I pay off this loan. I hope you know that burning bridges with customers is not good for business Tally, treating your members nicely can result in word of mouth/referrals but now I’ll be warning everyone to never use you.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Tally has been nothing but a headache for me and my family. I would recommend a payday loan before I recommend tally to anyone. They charged me a “payment” and interest after I made a payment early to my credit card. They say if you pay extra it will be disbursed to cards with highest interest but instead it just sits in your account and your cards continue to collect interest. It’s an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or money here.
