Tally is a great tool until you try to run a professional business. Locking the ability to choose a notification email address behind a $29/month Pro plan is ridiculous. It’s a basic organizational ne... See more

I don't advise this "service"
Less than 20% of my payments were actually going towards the balance. Everything else was their fees, as well as interest. I had been paying on time and everything, but the payment amounts kept increasing every month, even though I was paying more than the minimum due.
Now that I'm behind, I get multiple daily emails reminding me for payments and that this will impact my credit score (I get the credit score stuff, but the emails are threatening in manner)

It was easy to use and apply. The only thing I found confusing was how them paying your cards monthly vs you paying them worked.

100% a scam
100% a scam. Simple bate and switch. A few months into your payments they will raise your interest to almost the max they allow. They raised mine higher than my bank i used tally to pay offmy debt. I'm over a year in. Haven't missed a payment. I even select the overpayment they offer to pay ahead of time. I've only made a $200 dent in my principal. Loansharks with an app. If this helps anyone stay away, it will be the best retribution I will recieve.

Its a Scam!
Tally paid off my credit cards with their line of credit at a lower interest rate. After that, they immediately increased their interest rate to match my high interest rate credit cards and have had excuse after excuse to not pay any more than the minimum. This is like having another high interest credit card that also charges you an additional $25 per month fee just for carrying a balance. Customer support is quick to respond but does not resolve the issue.

The worst decision you can make
It started off promising as I was offered a significantly lower interest rate than my credit card, plus an additional discount for making payments on time. Then they raised the interest rates 7 points, and it was worse than my credit cards. I know the Fed raised the prime rates but none of my other credit card companies raised interest rates, only Tally. I tried contacting customer service but all I ever got was canned responses (literally the same exact wording every time). Then I tried contacting customer service and told them the payments were too high and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to afford them soon. Their response was basically a low-key threat. Finally I was able to get into a fixed rate debt consolidation loan and pay off Tally but they owe me a credit for overpayment and are refusing to give it back. At this point they can keep it if it gets them out of my life forever. Tally was probably the worst financial decision I’ve ever made, without question. If you need help getting out of debt I recommend you look into a fixed interest debt consolidation loan or a credit card that offers 0% on balance transfers.

Everything was good till Tally 2.1. Earlier last month we upgraded to 3.0.1 and our nightmare started! GST reports which were just a click away on 2.1 don't get extracted even after multiple extra steps. Customer care is sleeping and they really seem to be non technical and inexperienced guys!! Moreover, they have a bandwidth issue...whenever we call them there is always a wait time of around 10 mins!!

Horrible company
Horrible company. Won't speak to third parties. Condescending representatives. Tell me, you agreed you pay. They helped with 0 as far as credit card debt. Then tack on fees, and interest to ruin your credit and life. DO NOT USE- complete scam. Tried to reset password online - doesn't work though they claimed I can check online (no longer have active account- more lies and deceit)
