SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. Like many others I ordered trainers through the website. They use several platforms from genuine companies making you believe they are legit. No communication once payment made and website disappeared. Contacted my credit card company who immediately refunded me in full.

I'd award Zero stars if I could! Scammers! Do not use this company!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of On Cloud trainers which are totally fake and made of plastic. The company website states that their products are 100% Genuine but this is definitely not the case. I have emailed asking for a refund on the day they were received and been told my items do not meet their criteria, even though they are still in the original packaging unworn as delivered. They have now ignored my emails for 11 days. Do Not use this company!! They are a complete Scam!!!
