Very bad site. It gives you a little win and then takes it all. Not once, not twice, everytime.. Suggest you throw your money in a river. Same outcome.
So for people that want to know if it's a decent casino I say no. Play anywhere else then here. Customer service is most of the time just not there. So dont bother if you have any sort of questions. All by all a decent 1/10. Would give half a star but since they explode when you cut them, I wont bother.

They gave me this, but can’t be true 3300 EU gone:

In the meantime a reaction received from the casino, see below. Still have no clue where I should have used VPN. Besides this I think it is not very customer friendly to block and take away such an amount of money! This to say it in a friendly way.
I mean in regular companies you have at least a converstion about this.

Misleading welcome bonus — activation issue not solved
I deposited at Mega.bet because I activated their first-deposit bonus before making the deposit. However, the bonus was not credited.
When I contacted live chat, they told me “our logs show the bonus wasn’t active at the time of your deposit”. That’s wrong — I clearly activated it and saw confirmation on screen. This is a technical failure on their side, but they refuse to escalate or provide a formal complaints channel.
I told support I’d include agent John (chat name) in my formal complaint. They replied they can’t escalate because “the bonus wasn’t active at the time”.
This looks like a misleading promotion, which made me deposit under the impression I would get a bonus. I advise you to be cautious if you join expecting a welcome bonus
