when I deposited money there was no questions asked and when I ask for my winnings the company comes up with a reason that I have tried creating multiple accounts. Eli (Customer care ) is just a BOT repeating the same sentence.
I need my money refunded.

Strange enough I was able to play until the morning and then when I asked for the status of my withdrawals ( which are around 822 euros) the company comes up with an email that we are blocking your ID. We will not let you appeal and will confiscate your money.

A scam casino that can't even properly issue a bonus.
I was supposed to receive a welcome bonus from FS, which I still haven't received.
The casino doesn't even have live support, avoid it.

I honestly never write reviews, but I felt I had to for this casino. It’s by far the worst online casino I’ve ever played at in all my years of gambling online. After just one deposit, I encountered multiple issues. The bonuses don’t get credited properly, they misrepresent the rules, and when using a bonus, most games are restricted or unavailable.

I made a deposit that clearly met the stated minimum to receive the bonus, but it wasn’t added to my balance. Later, they claimed the minimum was actually higher, even though that’s nowhere in the rules!

I will never deposit here again. Imagine winning a large amount.. they probably wouldn’t even pay it out!

On top of that, the customer service is unclear and simply doesn’t answer your questions.
