Tried to withdraw money. Which said was successful, and would be in bank today due to e banking then had a call today off some strange number when you call back doesn’t exist. Saying it will take 7 working days. No one answers emails or chat box which is no good! Nothing in my bank off them even though states been processed. And have proof they said same day payment. Not best customer service skills or communication at all.and now disabled my account so can’t even get in touch with anyone?!

Absolutely awful casino, worst ive ever experienced!
Asked for bank details 3 times, said they cant process to bank!
Been waiting nearly a week on a verified account and they still havent processed my withdrawal,
Im taking it to an ombudsman now as they have stopped replying to my emails,
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this disgusting excuse for a casino.
UPDATE- have now been told that bank details were incorrect!
Re-sent and will see what happens now!
Nobody told me that this had happened though so still awful communication and still waiting on update.

Since posting this review i have had them in contact and promised to process ASAP!

tania_tho. If I could give this site a 0 I would! I requested my withdrawal 7 days ago. When I set up the account I gave all relevant documents. I played and i won a small amount. They couldn’t withdraw via the method I made the deposit so I gave them details of another method. Four days later they accepted it. On the 17th I emailed in saying I’m still waiting and I’d like details on who I’d make a complaint to. I had an email straight back saying it’s now processed and I’d have my funds shortly. I’m now on the following day (18th). I’ve now had to send in my bank statement from the 17th to prove I’ve not received it! I’m angry and frustrated and I will never play via this site again!!! Edit*They have now blocked all my emails! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I don't think anyone actually works at this casino, still awaiting a withdrawal which was placed on Friday morning and after speaking to a customer service agent they locked the account with a message saying they need to chat with me but every time I put a message on no one is replying. I have emailed the support line and even sent a messaged over Facebook but no replies to any communication what so ever. Never experienced such poor communication before on any site. I won a further £300 on my fully verified account , 8/12/23 around 12-1pm , usually pay outs are quick on visa debit but not this time ? I have been told I would connect to a customer advisor and it could be 6 hours for a response that time frame has now lapsed it’s now been 20 hours ? I’ve emailed but not a single reply,,,, this is very disappointing as there is lots of other sites that pay a lot quicker and have a good support team behind them which makes a big difference, so if your reading this please try improving the service , I’ve also raised the case with resolver , username Curry1974

Does not payout in timeframe advertised
Put a withdrawal request in at 1pm on Sunday. Uploaded bank card for verification Sunday 5pm which was approved within about 12 hours.
Withdrawal still has not been processed.
Ive emailed and received no response, and used the online chat feature but recieved what can only be described as a generic response despite being connected with an advisor.
So quick to take funds, but won't pay whats owed.
Please dont respond with the generic response that is on most of these reviews. I just want confirmation of when my withdrawal will be processed.

Awful company
Awful company to deal with. Sent documents off well over a week ago, they were verified after a day or so then they request more. I’ve sent 3 forms of verification for my bank card so far, all verified but still no option to withdraw.
They take the deposits without a question but when it comes to them giving money back it’s impossible. I assume it’s their way of keeping the money in the account with the hope that you’ll spend it whilst they ‘verify’ everything.
The live chat system is useless as no one ever replies, the instant reply robot has even stopped replying haha! They say to email them with any issues so I did and a week later still nothing back. I was thinking there must just be an issue my end but can see this is the case with most of the reviews.
