I am trying to cash out my winnings but…

I am trying to cash out my winnings but it won’t allow me, the money is showing in my account as an active bonus win.
Not able to withdraw immediately I played some more & have lost a lot due to this!!
But still no sign of being able to withdraw.

I want to be able to withdraw my winnings!!
Any wins I make from the balance I have goes to the active bonus balance , I don’t understand what’s going on . DO USE THEIR SERVICES ITS A SCAM!!

It sounds like the funds you are referring to are now bonus funds.

Please note that when you have an active bonus, once you use all your real money balance and you then start to place bets with your bonus balance, then, any winnings that are accumulated from the bonus funds, will then be added to your bonus balance as per our bonus policy until the bonus is redeemed.

You can redeem the bonus by collecting points playing on slot games and completing the wagering requirements. You can also check your progress by going to Cashier - Active Bonuses. Once the wagering is completed, any funds will then move to your real money balance and you should be able to request a withdrawal.

Give the site a chance! Don't believe all you read!

New to this site yday. Deposited £50 they matched it with £50. I won £1100 but due to winning on bonus money couldn't cash out straight away. Cashed out at £900. Those that say you don't win.. I am £850 up.

I panicked after seeing these reviews.. messaged them. After cashing out at 9pm 29th Feb. Its now pending on my account 4pm 1st March.

I have made many attempts to withdraw…

I have made many attempts to withdraw funds, keeps on showing error messages, regardless of method attempted. Chat bot no help whatsoever. I use a number of online casinos and it is simple to make a withdrawal. Very poor.

Quick to take money but not pay…

Quick to take money but not pay out.Been waiting 2 days for a refund and it’s not got anywhere from pending! Everytime you contact them it’s clearly a BOT as always same generic copy paste answer that doesn’t answer yours question. I am already verified so shouldn’t be any issue. Very concerned as all other sites are within 2 hours or max 12 for first withdrawal.

Update, just had an email from them saying it can take up to a week and because it’s a large amount it may take longer, it’s £300 not a million lol but will give an extra star as I have had correspondence now. Fingers crossed payout soon. Will update how long it takes

Edit: it’s taken around 3 days and a lot of talking to a BOT, just bare with it as there process is slow but they are legit. I was worried it was abit of a mess around as other sites pay quick and never had this before. I was payed out. 4 stars but would give 5 if the process was quicker.

Was told it was only a few hours for…

Was told it was only a few hours for withdrawal process 3 days on and keep getting generic responses for withdrawal. Just a sorry and that it’s is escalated. I also emailed 2 days ago to the support and have had no response email back. It is terrible service considering sister sites pay out promptly.

Hopefully there is not a reply like a lot of other replies on this saying no username found. If this is resolved I will update this post accordingly.

UPDATE. Used a 10 pound bonus after I had put in £60 worth of money. Had a bit of winning had played the required money back and now the money I had won and in real money balance has been taken away and my £2000 withdrawal and they had a cheek to hit me with £250 gratitude. After the money I have played in them and their sister sites this is disgusting.

A reply saying I breeched bonus funds the bonus funds were used before the spins got put up. Even had messages pop up congradulating me on my win and it took days to reply with such a rubbish get out of paying out excuse. Actually disgusting behaviour of it was not allowed then why did the funds go into available balance. There was obviously available balance to play with and win on. Didn’t pay out and stole the winnings. Beware of this site.
Good will gesture of 250 out of the 8000 they took.
