I have a Megahome distiller since several yrs and use it daily (even sometimes twice a day as we are a large family).
Sometimes ago, a part of the distiller (the thermal switch) starts showing some problem. I contact Megahome, and they were great: they provided me with a link twd a video showing how to change the deffective part making it really easy, sent me a new part and were all the time very reactive and kind. REALLY a great customer service & a great product.

Got a new thermal cutout switch for my distiller. Works perfect, mounted on aluminium bracket with heat transfer compound supplied. When fitting this switch make sure it lines both up horizontally AND vertically with the button on the outside. In my case I had to bend the aluminium bracket slightly to get vertical alignment with switch button when fully assembled. Work smarter than me and check this BEFORE you put the thermal grease on it.
