Went yesterday at maldon and it was poorly organised. They allowed to many people in and it was so busy, couldn’t even sit down to relax. My children queued for ages, paid for tickets before hand as online said no tickets will be sold at the entrance. That was a lie. The queue was ridiculous right down to the duck pond and round. Too many children on the castles and no staff watching how many were on it. The toddler area, wasn’t being watched so any ages it wasn’t safe for my 1 and half year old. The advertising for this event sold it but was well and truly over crowded and children not being able to enjoy it. Queuing for all the bouncy castles. I wouldn’t be attending one of these events again.

The joke of a queue to get in maldon paid for the 2 hour session 23 minutes still not in estimate half hour to 45 mins to get in what a joke pay for full time get half the time inside queue right round the prom past the lake one bloke slowly scanning people in kids moaning bored not good

My son had a fab time at one of the Easter sessions last week, highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier, really great product. Really appreciated the flexibility as I needed to change the times and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We hired the sumo suits and ring for our son’s 10th birthday party and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! The booking process was super easy and communication from start to finish was excellent, friendly, prompt, and professional.

The suits themselves were in fantastic condition, clean, safe, and absolutely hilarious! The kids (and a few adults) had the best time wrestling in the ring and it really made the day extra special.

Delivery and collection were perfectly on time and handled smoothly, with the staff being incredibly polite and helpful.

Mega Inflatables made it all completely stress free. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great fun, great service, and a brilliant addition to any party!

Mega Inflatables were very efficient and quick in setting up and taking the bouncy castle down. Good value for money and good communications with the team. The kids loved having a bouncy castle for the weekend and will definitely use again. Very happy.

Communication is key! I will definitely be using this company again. The entire process from reserving online to arranging collection was brilliant. We even got extra time with the bouncy castle as they wanted to accommodate us to drop it off at a convenient time.

Everyone we spoke to one the phone and in person were friendly and extremely helpful.

The children had the best time with the disco dome and it worked as described. Great function to have music on the castle too and completely rain proof due to some! Highly recommend

We used mega inflatables for a party last weekend. The inflatable arrived exactly on time and they called to let us know when they were 20 minutes away for the collection. Good communication and highly efficient set up process.

Easy to book, arrived in plenty of time, set up and dried it off (it was raining). Friendly and helpful staff. Collection was quick and simple.

Mega Inflatibles provide an amazing and friendly Service. They provided a large bouncy castle for my daugther's birthday party, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend and will defintely use them again.

First time using this company - Will be using again. Delivery and pick up was perfect and they sent messages on the day to confirm everything. Castle and soft play were great, the kids loved them.

Actually quite hard to put into words how distressed the whole experience made me feel.
Not only did we confirm over email and messages that we had a specific time for the delivery of the bouncy castle activity we still we had 12 children with no bouncy castle for 1 hour and 10 minutes. During this time frame no one would answer our phone calls and no attempt from the team of Mega Inflatables was made to try and let us know why they were late and what was happening.
And when they finally arrived after I had a very distressed and tearful birthday boy for 45 minutes it wasn’t even the right bouncy castle that I had booked and paid for. I was too upset to even point it out in front of everyone else who already knew I was so upset and embarrassed about the whole situation.
To continue with this very distressing situation The bouncy castle was wet and dirty..
The lack of professionalism from the service is really disappointing.

To summarise it all: there was no sort of communication with us, we were told that they forgot the time, even though we confirmed the time several times prior to the date. They also brought the wrong bouncy castle which was also dirty and wet.
I appreciate that mistakes happen however this was too much.
Not only I won’t be hiring this company again i will not recommend it to anyone I know.

I ordered a bounching castle for my son’s birthday, the service and the staff was just so amazing. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, the staff arrived on time and very polite. Thank you for making my son’s day so special

The team at Mega Inflatables were great. They gave me lots of options at the time of booking regarding delivery and collection.

On the day the guys were friendly and set up the bouncy castle incredibly quickly. They collected promptly too.
