I will only go to mega inflatables for my bouncy castles! The staff are so friendly and the bouncy castles are great. Didn’t take long at all to set it all up. They even took a few minutes to give my dog lots of strokes and fuss (which he loved). Thank you mega inflatables and we will see you at the next party!

We used this company for a bouncy castle for my sons 5th birthday party, they were an hour late due to poor planning. After a lot of back and forth they did compensate us for the delayed delivery.

The team were absolutely amazing start to finish. From the very good communication via email and phone running up to our daughter’s 4th birthday, to the delivery team who were very patient whilst I figured out which way round I wanted everything set up in the garden! It was all seamless! The kids absolutely loved the castle and huge slide we hired, and the adults did too! Worth every penny and “best party EVER” apparently! I can’t recommend Mega Inflatables highly enough. Worth every penny.

Trying to give as balanced a review as possible, as for the first half an hour it was going well, but I've since left with my 6 year old crying his little heart out after literally waiting an HOUR in the queue for face painting...

A great concept from the business in theory, but myself and a friend with her two children literally just left from Windsor's event and was extremely disappointed by the management of the face painting area.

I was stood for an entire hour, as I did not want to push in unlike other parents who were allowed to call their friends from across the hall to have their 3 kids go in front (literally, not exaggerating) waiting for my son to have face painted, whilst I literally witnessed multiple parents pushing the queue with 0 management from the face painter or the company assistants.

Then, the face painter told the queue that up until one woman after me could still have their face painted despite running late.

Then, at 12pm, she then told myself, 3 parents infront and the parent behind me that our children could now not have theirs painted.

I cannot understand how a company who are meant to be all about the children would allow this to happen.

I will be obviously be contacting the company directly too, in case they don't get to see this review. Really really disappointed. I had booked tickets to another of their events in Harrow with another friend, and will likely be cancelling depending on the response I get.

I just want to give a massive shout out to Mega inflatables Gillingham.

My son has autism, so such events can be extremely challenging and anxiety provoking.

My son can really struggle to mingle and engage with other children and as a mother, it can be so hard to watch him playing alone.

So THANK YOU to Angel (you really do live up to your name) I had to ask this gentleman his name personally as watching him engage with my little man, running, racing, getting him involved was just absolutely tear jerking.

I honestly cannot thank you enough, my son spoke about “that kind man” all night and it’s just beautiful. You made him feel so involved, and part of day that quite often can end not so positively.

You are an absolute ANGEL, by name and nature.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Mega Inflatables at Medway Park Sports Centre! The whole setup was incredible—loads of fun activities, well-maintained inflatables, and a great atmosphere for both kids and adults.

A special shoutout to the guy with dreads and Dom, who were super helpful and made the experience even better. Their friendliness and enthusiasm really stood out, making sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was having a great time.

If you’re looking for a fun-filled, energetic day out, I highly recommend Mega Inflatables. Can’t wait to go back!

We’ve attended a few of their mega fun days and they’ve been amazing! Kids loved it! So many bouncy castles for the kids to choose from and a great atmosphere.

They arrived on time and had everything set up quickly! I highly recommend mega inflatables. Their staff are so friendly and accommodating! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
