Pre-order delay and slow communication.
When I placed my order a lady called the next business day to ascertain I knew it was a pre-order. I agreed I knew that and told her I was not in a hurry and could wait for others to order as well. Thereafter no communication was received unless I submitted a query. Almost 6 weeks after placing the order I received an email "On its way." No tracking information offered and then Easter weekend delayed delivery. All-in-all, safe, reliable but slow to communicate.
