Customer support is not good, regarding withdraw, i withdraw my money 4days back ago, in game app i got message your money was withdrawal successfully, but i my bank account money didnt recieved, contact support team daily , from 4 days they are saying wait for 12 hours, after 12 hours when im contacting them and again they are saying 12 hours, from 4 days on no proper response, the reason for delay also they were not able to mention, simply they are saying wait for 12 hours, daily saying wait for 12 hours, i send all proofs from day 1 to day 4 , bank statement, game statement, but no response, contact number which they provide, numbers also not work, and i mail to support team, no response,and i mail to agentpayment team, from them also no response, simply i have to wait 12 hours, and after completing 12 hours and i contact them again i have to wait for 12 hours, this not fair if a customer raise his query atleast you have to say what was the time happen, that information also not given, simply saying wait for 12 hours, and im worrying about my money and when im doing messages they saying that im spamming, this is the way you treat customer, this faults was happen to me thats why im giving one star. Now i got call from them they said i have to wait for again 12 hours, and yesterday also they said like this only, yesterday night one was called to me and he said you money will be credited today night 11:45 PM, if you not recieve today, then you can contact again us he said, till now i didnt recieved, and today i got call, which was i requested to need to talk about this query, and he also said wait for 12 hours and i asked what was the problem for these many days may i know the reason, simply he was skipped and saying that wait 12 hours and cut the call, this is the way u treat customer, when you not able solve one query, within 24 hours, then how people trust your site, this is the way like you treat people, its 0 rating service. I hope when people read my message, its my humble request to you all dont install this app, i think my money got spammed by them, thats why they are not able to solved from onwards, and no proper reason.
