I have made two deposits of 2000 inr through quick transfer imps method but I couldn't get the screen shots because of app restrictions.
When I tried to look into transaction history to take photo there is no history available for quick transfer funds. It's only available for payee. but I could find those transactions in mpassbook.

I have sent my bank statement which is solid proof of payment. They are not considering it and asking for transaction receipt. Many betting sites consider bank statement as proof rather than screenshots.

Kindly help me with this issue.

We’ve checked your profile and can confirm that all deposits of 2000 INR which were approved on our side have been successfully credited to your Megapari account. Other transactions with the same amount are currently in a declined / unsuccessful status, which means the payment did not reach us in the normal way.

In such situations, our Finance and Security teams are required to verify the payment using two documents together:

1. The transaction receipt (proof generated by your bank or app for that specific payment), and

i dont want to give 1 star rating to megapari but i am literally frustrated and exhausted by their system.
i tried for withdrawal they asked me documents verification and the same day i send email to security team to provide the documents i send my Documents but they are not responding they didn’t reply me once today is 5th day and i didn’t received a single response from team this is very unprofessional

Can't withdraw for over a year.

I trying to withdraw my money for over 1 year!!!!
I did everything been told to me, hundreds of selfies and I'd pics, but since I have to much money to withdraw they keep using same excuses to prevent me from withdraw, there security team response with no real pation to help, only answer so I'll see they did, absolutely empty massages repeating same things I've already done.

They just use impossible varfication to prevent from withdraws

I have told them about the player…

I have told them about the player trying to manipulate the score result on Handball 21 Championship esport game. The behavior of one of the player is very abnormal and very obvious that he trying to not score for the last 15 minutes of the game (the game full time is 60 minutes) ... which is very nor normal for handball game. I have watch more than 100 games+ of handball. The problem is not they do not score. The problem is one player try to not score and not try to play game. Before that he can score a lot. IF he alreay win the game or lead the score a lot, I will not complain about this. But he lead score only 1-2 points and finally he end up drawing the game. I have try to expain to the chat support but I got only little attention. PLEASE understand that I used to be with megaparis many times, I used to lose bet more than this match a lot. However, I never complain about it. Until this handball console game. I felt I got cheated absolutely 100% by the player manipulate the match result. This is not fair and not honest result of the game.

On October 14th I deposited PLN 100, the application displays that the deposit was rejected and the deposit was not added, but the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I have been waiting for a response for 3 days but to no avail. Each time they reply to report back in 12-24 hours. After the hours have passed, I write and still get the same response. I do not recommend this casino.

Niepoważna firma

Niepoważna firma - zwłaszcza support, kilka dni temu dodałem tutaj posta, że po wypłacie pieniądze nie dotarły na Jeton (dostałem powiadomienie payment error w megapari), a środki nie wróciły na moje konto. Środki jednak wróciłu, ale w momencie, gdy byłem całkowicie pochłonięty grą w BlackJacka. Nie ma żadnego powiadomienia o zmianie salda/że wypłata nie przeszła poza tym, że zmienia się liczba wiadomości na małej ikonie koperty, której i tak nie widać grając w kasynie, więc pochłonęty grą przegrałem te środki, które nagle wróciły i były przeznaczone na wypłatę - nie dało się tego zauważyć, byłem pewien że zostały wypłacone na Jeton. Zażądałem rekompensaty, zostałem poinformowanym żeby wrócić na czat po 24-248h. Wróciłem, dzień wcześnej z brytyjskiego numeru napisał do mnie manager megapari pisząc że zależy mu na klientach co się stało itd. Po tym jak wróciłem na czat wysłałem foto z whastsappa, support napisał że musi zweryfikować czy to rzeczywiście ich pracownik. Wróciłem i musiałem komuś innemu opisywać całą sytuację od początku Trzy razy opisałem sytuację, 3x że nie mam żadnych środków na koncie bo przegrałem zwróconą wypłatę, a pan z supportu 3 raz pisze "Please wait or try another withdrawal method" - ręce mi opadły, nic nie czytał z tego co pisałem, tylko w kółko pisał żebym spróbował ponownie mimo że TRZY RAZY PISAŁEM że nie mam środków na koncie i dokładnie wszystko opisałem (3 raz po tym jak kazano mi wrócić za jakiś czas). Zrezygnowałem z dalszej rozmowy bo uznałem, że to albo jakiś bot albo nietrzeźwy pracownik.

Aside from the variety of games and games, the fast payments stand out, the many cashbacks and points for bets and bonuses, and the customer service is very fast and easy to understand.
