We’re really sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. 🙏 It looks like the parcel may have been lost in transit. We’ve been in contact with the courier several times and have opened a claim, but unfortunately there is a processing time involved.

Horrible customer service and Faulty Product
Bought protein and it came without a seal and white substance in the protein. I emailed them immediately with pictures and was genuinely really nice saying I’ll send this back and just send out a new one. Wasn’t pushing for a refund, told them I wouldn’t write a bad review, wanted to support Irish businesses, etc, just wanted a correct product.
Didn't get a reply. Emailed again and the reply said the seal was checked and the product wasn’t faulty. That’s completely against Irish law because I took clear pictures of how it arrived without a seal on it and the white substance in it, which is not a part of this product.
Since then I’ve told them how wrong they are with regards to consumers rights and I haven’t heard a thing back. All I wanted was a good product for the money I spent on it. Extremely disappointed and angry.

They didn’t have a product I wanted and called me to check if they could replace it for another. So far so good. I received a message it would be delivered on Thursday. I waited in my house. It was tried to deliver on Friday when I was not in my house. Then I had to collect it Monday on an post
