Always creating new issues, Making it very difficult to withdraw or play balance, but have no problem letting you deposit. Also took 4 attempts for me to set deposit limits, as it wouldn't set.
Also, I want to close my account due to not being happy with their site, but only options available are, self exclusion or self lock, putting the problem on the player.

Deposit limits not activated, if you try self exclusion and account closure, you can re-open just by logging in. And if you complain, you can't play or withdraw your balance without filling in income forms, (which I won't do as I want to close account) yet it lets you deposit still! After trying to get a really irrating bot to understand, finally got through to agent on Chat, who escalated query, but still waiting for response 4 days later!
Not sure how you expect me to reply to your request, there is no reply option. And I'm not going to disclose my details on public display.
I have however sorted deposit limits, coincidently after my public complaints, it now works after 4 previous attempts.
