You actually never win on this site , just played on the slot games with 70 pounds didn't get one win back nor made a withdrawal

Terrible owe me £1428 making a claim against this site, sent 32 pieces of evidence messed me around for 5 weeks been waiting and chasing this up daily since the 12th June with no sign of my money, avoid this site, trying to scam me out of my money after everything’s been verified, never ever experienced hassle like this in 20 years on sites one excuse after another not to pay me, communication update time frame also terrible told me on Monday after messing me around for 20 days to finally send evidence of apple then they would proceed with my withdrawals (still haven’t) even though they had bank statements now 5?weeks ago showing the payment, really goes to show how much notice they take of the documents you send, then had the cheek to say the signature was slightly different what a cheek, will also be going on every website to make sure no one else suffers the stress and getting ripped of like I have. !!!!!!!!

5 weeks later still no withdrawal all necessary checks been completed no communication from customers support been Intouch about 50 times just keep getting same roboted reply saying they looking into it they have been apparently now for 5 weeks, every time I get intouch get different information!!!!!

Never in all my life experienced such hassle after bank statements and passport been verified, just won’t my account closed and the money the owe me.

Also raised a complaint 5 weeks ago no reply really unacceptable.
Only time I get a email is when I email them and then I get a roboted response

After over 5 weeks have decided they will pay some but still owe me over £250 and have tried every excuse possible even said they couldn’t pay me into I also verified and got proof of mobile number and ownership never heard anything like it in my life, they breaching trading standards law so will be taking this further until I get the full amount owed.

Was really good first few times I played now its just money hungry and takes all your money and gives nothing decent in return and bonuses are constantly spun out .you can expect this too happen every so often its way more than that. It is every single time now across all games really disappointed with my experiences recently. I have had a fair few wins. Why the hell should I have to give them proof of address front of my card, and passport to withdraw my money, they didn't ask for all that when I was depositing the money.. And to add insult to injury they wonna charge you a fee of £2.50..get stuffed.. And to be honest all it kept doing was telling me the server was down.. Avoid like the plague.. I definitely do not recommend this casino. Like most of the other reviews, I agree they are a scam. They allowed me to sign up and make several deposits. I was lucky enough to win £100 but they asked for an insane amount of documents including bank account info when I’ve only ever deposited with PayPal (to avoid giving them bank details) I uploaded some documents but not everything they asked for and they closed my account about an hour later. No email, no contact just can’t log in. As they have made it impossible to claim winnings, this means all my deposits (which are more than my winnings) are voided and under gambling regulations will need to be refunded to me. If this happens within the next 24 hours I’ll happily change my review to 5 stars. If not, I’ll initiate a chargeback via both PayPal and my bank to claim the withdrawals back. Highly recommend everyone else who is having trouble getting their money back to do the same

Yet they reckon the return I have had is over 100%. So they are full of s@*t as well. Add to that the documents they want to prove your ID is a joke to make a withdrawal when I haven't had to do that with any other site is just a joke.
A hell of a lot better sites out there than this one. Only match up to 25 quid and then you have to wager 35 times. Just avoid and use other sites. This one is a rip off.

This company charges u fees to withdraw ur own winnings ! And ask for verification which when u provide they don’t process it , after weeks of waiting ! Then u can only withdraw certain amounts due to some loop system they have in place no other casino I know does this .. I have sent the documents requested al many
