It's a month now and didnt recieve the tanning injections. And now they are ignoring my messages too. Very unreliable. Stay away from this company!

Update. Its been a further 3 months and I have sent messages and been ignored and still have not received the products. Shameful carry on stealing money from people now a days. Avoid this fake company at all costs

Ordered this time last year no problem, however ordered on 6th March and still nothing. Can't get any money back from bank unless it's 20 days so not long to wait. Not replying to messages which is very frustrating. Does anyone know where I can order from instead?

Take payment never responded to any messages and product not received and still have the cheek to send out discount emails never again avoid

Have used this company many times over recent years and have never had a problem.. order always received within a few days.
But placed an order on march 6th, still nothing.. no reply to 4 emails now..
This company has seriously gone downhill recently and appear to be now running some kind of scam going off these recent reviews.
Refund requested through bank and will never order through them again.

I have used these guys a few times over the years, and previously had positive experiences.
However I placed an order on the 9th of march, (10 days) and have had absolutely no communication at all with my order stuck as pending.
I have tried to communicate with them using every email address, social media, and messaging facility on there site with no reply.

Hopefully they can turn this around if they look at there trust pilot, let's see!

Placed an order,payment was taken,nearly 2 week later no order,no refund.Sent several msgs via my account and email,not 1 single response.Account just says awaiting fulfilment.This firm needs to seriously get there act together or close for good

Placed order made payment money was taken and my order was never sent. 4 emails where unanswered and had to report the company to the bank don't bother they are a complete waist of time.

Made an order on 3rd December 2022, arrived 26.02.2023 after many ignored emails requesting were order was!!!!!! No compensation offered.

These thieves deserve zero stars. Terrible customer service. No product received, nor my refund as requested. Scam website. They need to be investigated, shut down, dragged before the courts and prosecuted. Stay away!

Totally untrustfull company. Placed an international order at hem end of January. Still no parcel received as we speak now, 23th February. I have sent multiple messages about the status, and I was told that Royal mail had issues. Then after two weeks I got a message that the Royal mail problem was solved, but still no parcel received. I sent some more message to check on the status, but I simply don't get any message in return. I am now fed up with this useless company and will file a refund request (dispute) request through my credit company.
I will never ever place another other with these cons.

Have waited for a month now and they still have not even managed to send me my tracking nr. They have had an issue with their delivery service but supposedly its fixed now. I have gotten answers to most of my messages on the website and Rico is very polite and apologetic but he needs to actually follow through with the promises he makes. I was promised 20£ storecredit giftcard that i have not gotten.

If I could give 0 stars I would - this review is in reference to the updated review I previously posted as I STILL haven't received any response from Megatan regarding my order. I've emailed Megatan with details about my order and screenshots of the proof of order and money going out of my account. I am demanding I receive an immediate response and also am fully refunded. If I don't hear anything in the next 24 hours I will just keep posting negative reviews as this company is a disgrace. This is getting ridiculous now.

Paid! Did not receive my order emailed the company several times. They didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Had to go through my bank to claim a refund.

I have been waiting for my refund for my Vitamin B injections for months. I have sent email after email and been ignored every single time. This website has gone down hill rapidly.

I was initially hesitant because of the recent bad reviews. However I have used MegaTan for years now. A little slow to get the product shipped but it all arrived as expected so I have placed another order for more.

Il take it back when i said this company is a scam as i finally got my order, minus my free 10mg starter kit that was supposed to get with the 30mg starter kit. If you had just let your customers know when they ordered that there was delays a lot of people wouldn’t of been pi**ed off thinking that they had been scammed. Hope the deivery speed picks up.
