Ordered a t shirt via Debenhams. Item arrived but too small for recipient. Returned it but as yet no refund . Tried contacting but nothing.😒Debenhams were also useless. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and after a couple of minutes filling the PayPal complaint form, PayPal have issued me a refund .
Would not use either Mega t shirt store or Debenhams again.

Returned order due to size, almost a month now with no contact, no response and still no refund. Do not use this company, even via Debenhams, absolutely horrific.

I can’t give zero or believe me I would. Bought a t shirt via Debenhams, returned it because it was rubbish and huge, despite being for a seven year old, and have not received a refund. There’s no way to contact them and Debenhams have been worse than useless even though I’ve provided proof that the item was delivered back to this shower of crud. Basically they have stolen my money. Aided and abetted by Debenhams!

I ordered 1 t shirt for my grandson which was ok but the same day another tshirt arrived that I hadn't ordered and they took money from my credit card for it. There was no paperwork in the parcel and of course I didn't have an order number for it as I didnt order it! Tried communicating via the Debenhams what's app number but was obviously talking to a BOT or someone who didnt understand English so got nowhere. I tried emailing the company Megatshirts where it came from and the email comes back 'not valid address'. They are thieves! I will get my bank to recover my money.

I have sent the items back and they haven't responded to say they have received them . Sent via Royal mail .

Ordered a stranger things hoodie from boohoo. No tags! For £40, it should have tags! No delivery note either! Looked at who it was sold and delivered by, it was this company.

Items are the lowest quality claiming to be genuine articles. Returns don’t seem to be recognised and refunds impossible. 14 day wait for your money back after returning over priced tat.

Ordered a branded t shirt via Debenhams, cheap shoddy screen printed fruit of the loom t shirt arrived.
As I read in other reviews unable to get a returns label, bugger all response from customer services,
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs, absolute rip off merchants, could have printed a better one myself im quite sure!

Ordered a t-shirt from this store through Debenhams. Was really disappointed with the quality of the product (Fruit of the Loom) given the price I paid. Sent them 2 emails about returning their item (as per their 14 day policy) but no response, I tried getting a return label through their royal mail link but it didn't work, finally I just sent the item back with special delivery, but I still haven't heard back. Shambolic customer service.

A couple of days delay in delivery due to a technical problem and there was one wrongly sized item in the order. However, the correct size was delivered just over 48 hours after reporting the error using the form on the website. Contact is only possible via the form or email (not by phone) but I got a quick response during working hours.

Ordered a hoodie that I saw on Debenhams website originally. They wanted an extra 15 quid for the size I needed. Saw it was being dispatched by Megatshirtstore and ordered direct, saving 15 quid cos all sizes the same price AND delivery free too. Dispatched quickly. As someone else has said, a hidden gem.

I have tried to order twice, both times have had emails saying stock error and money will be refunded. I will not be trying a third.
