I purchased an item a little before my wife's birthday and when it was the wrong size I was concerned that I had run out of time to return it.I emailed and on the next working day I received a returns label. I ordered and received a replacement within days, and have now received a refund. Excellent service.

Terrible sizing - would not recommend.

The sizing guide shown on their website is massively inaccurate as the 46-48inch t-shirt I thought I was buying was in fact 52inches. Megashirtstore would not accept that this was their error and I had to pay £4.20 to return the huge t-shirt as they would not pay the return postage costs. Terrible customer service - would not recommend.
