I was bought in august asus rog astral 5080 after 2 months this videocard have defekt , i send it to them they are replace it with new one , and after 2 months new videocard5080 have the same defekts o send it again to them , they are keep whole week but n the result test only 4 hours and send it back to me with not fixed defekt i put this videcard in my pc and again have the all same defekts i was recorder for them video worh this defekts and also record wheb i use my old 3080 videocard with any defekts on the same pc , send it again and they again answered than they dont found any defekts and dont provide me with any videos or etc .. i ask return my money because i am not interested for 2000€ play with this defekts and discomfort and they answered than they cant refund me , i allready apply to consuwizjer , and next steps i go to court , and always they send same answer to email they taste and dont found nothing and just always try to make than is another some part from pc , which one i buy all from this scam shop and when i answer i can bring all my pc to check they ask me money to pay for it all parts almost new with garantie from this shop , and they cannot provide with any video than they are tested it … 🤦🏻♂️

I bought an MSI Cyborg laptop
I bought an MSI Cyborg laptop. When I ordered it, I started reading reviews, both here and on other sites, and I was really worried I'd get a defective or broken laptop. But I received a perfectly good laptop without any problems. I think I got lucky. My advice is to start filming the package as soon as you receive it. Film yourself opening it, film the packaging itself, the laptop, and then film until you're sure it works. I'm very happy that everything is fine with the laptop, but I won't hide it; I was worried, haha. Mediamark also has bad reviews, by the way. Most people probably come here to complain, not to write a good review. Maybe that's why the comments are so negative and the ratings are so low everywhere. I don't recommend this store unless you have a lot of free time. There's always a problem with couriers: packages disappear, couriers click on the app to say you're not home. It's a complete mess. And it wasn't just one time; there's always something...
The salesperson tells me they can't influence the DHL courier and they know they might have problems with them, but they continue to work with them...

Don't expect help from megekko
I ordered a new PC in parts. 3 parts where broken
- Case had a short circuit
- Cooler screw was broken
- SSD Was broken
It has been 30 days and its still not fixed.
There was also a promotion for Asus products where you had to review the products. Due to these problems i couldn't participate and lost the money from this promotion.
All they said was that it wasn't their problem and I need to contact Asus.
I just called them to cancel the products in repair and even that is a problem.
I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company. It looks good but as soon as you need to contact support they can't help all of the sudden and you are left with nothing.

Return expense is on the customer. Nowadays, it's not a practise that will find you recurring customers. I definitely won't be one of them if I need to pay for a return of something that turned out not to be good. I really don't like supporting behemoths such as Amazon or BOL, but unfortunately buying with them is so much safer and saves you hustle and costs in case you're not happy with the purchase... I regret I chose your shop.

I recently bought a new PC from megekko with the following specs:
R7 7800X3D
32GB RAM (2x 16GB) Patriot Viper 6000 mhz CL30
2TB SSD Kingston KC3000
AsRock B650 Pro RS
I got the GPU somewhere else so it is not revelant to my review.
After first assembling the PC I ran into an issue with the PC turning on but not displaying any video output (even BIOS). After contacting the store I got a quick email reply and was able to send the components that were most likely at fault.
The store managed to fix the issue in the same day that the package was delivered, and despite a very busy season I was able to enjoy my new PC within a week of first buying it.
I will return to Megekko in the future as the customer service is exceptional.

It was my first time shopping from Megekko. I ordered a couple of computer parts, and most arrived on time. I was informed that the motherboard will be delivered later than anticipated. Upon receiving the email, I requested cancellation of the order, and it was completed within a couple of hours.

Zero responsibility
I ordered a pricey monitor from Megekko, but the build quality was disappointing. After having it in my hands for barely two hours, I sent it back and ordered a different model from the same shop.
Once they received the return, they suddenly claimed the monitor had small scratches and refused my refund. I explained that I barely touched it, and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to DHL and told me to file a damage claim there. DHL, of course, asked for proof of the condition of the box on arrival, proof Megekko admitted they didn’t have.
In the end, they returned the monitor to me and I was stuck with both.
If you’re considering buying from this shop, be aware: their support is nonexistent and they take zero responsibility when something goes wrong.
