appart from having to wait 3 days till my beautifully discounted black friday price gpu to arrive, deceided to buy an entire other motherboard, cpu and ram and a fan and putting an entire pc together. Accidently ordered Amd instead of Intel and sent an email, they answered in 2 hours and refunded the product and tommorow my newly bought cpu wil already arrive!! 10/10 Service.

All good with the parts, website is ok, search part needs improvement. Only issues is the use of post NL! I ordered a full rig, 3 boxes, never even tried to deliver them at home, they went straight to city center shop, pedestrian area, cannot drive there to pick up 3 f’in heavy boxes.

So far I am extremely happy with megekko and their services and product. 6 months ago I bought myself a DIY gaming pc with very expensive parts and I am very satisfied with the purchase. For a small fee they built it for me, installed windows and optimized it. Now I just got myself one of their laptops with low-mid range specs, which was delivered to me within a day.

Megekko has a wide range of products and competitive prices, but when it comes to keeping their promises, they completely fail. I experienced multiple delivery delays and poor communication from their support team. They claim quick response times and reliable delivery, yet I was left waiting days for updates and had to chase them myself for basic information.

It’s disappointing because the store has so much potential — but reliability and communication are just as important as having stock. Until they fix that, I can’t recommend ordering from them if you expect accurate delivery times or clear support.

My experience was very good. I bought an internal hard disk, and it arrived in Brussels within 3 days, which is fast. After a week I noticed an issue with the product and followed the return procedure. I received an email confirming the parcel was received, and the money was back in my bank account within 2 business days. Very smooth! So far, so good.

Only custom water cooling is not part of their inventory.

Megekko stole from me in 2017 when I returned 2 sticks of RAM with proof of shipment.

I am writing to share my experience with a recent purchase from Megekko. I ordered a brand new Moza R9 V3 wheelbase, which arrived defective. Initially, I suspected the issue was with a separate wheel I had purchased from another store. That store promptly and fairly resolved the issue by providing a new replacement, but it turned out the problem was actually with the defective wheelbase from Megekko.

I returned the defective wheelbase well within the 30-day cooling-off period. The manufacturer, Moza, even confirmed the wheelbase was faulty and needed to be replaced. Despite this, my request for a new replacement or a full refund was rejected. The company cited minor cosmetic marks—unavoidable from testing the product's basic functionality—as a reason to send it for repair.

This case has now been ongoing for over a month, with a complete lack of meaningful updates or transparency from Megekko's side. The company is attempting to push a defective and repaired item back to me for the price of a brand-new one.

The contrast in how these two companies handled their respective issues is significant. It is clear that one respects its customers and the other does not. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers reconsider purchasing from Megekko, as the company's handling of this issue demonstrates a severe disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction.

Extremely reactive and friendly customer service!
There was an unexpected delay in the delivery of one of the items in my order, so I asked to remove it and ship the rest. This was handled within minutes from my initial email, and the morning after I already had the rest of the order delivered!

I bought a motherboard a few weeks ago. I received it pretty quickly and without issue.

Thing is, when opening the box, I noticed that a few pins where litteraly missing or bent.

I contacted the support, explained the situation, sent the item back, no problem until there.

But now they are telling me that I damaged the motherboard myself (which is simply not the case) and I'm not eligible for any refund or replacement.

They did not even bothered to send me any document to prove this and have gone silent, not answering my mails for the last week.

Never again.
