The trust is gone. I have a project that urgently needs to be completed. Since the project requires significant GPU computing power, I purchased a new system. I planned a margin of 5 days between selling my old system and receiving the new one. Unfortunately, this proved to be insufficient. No one knows where my package is—neither Megekko nor PostNL.

I risk losing a significant amount of money as the project has a strict deadline. My trust is shattered because PostNL keeps pointing me to Megekko, and Megekko refers me back to PostNL. I am not being helped anymore, nor is a solution being offered. Over and over, I am told to “just be patient.”

Today, I requested a refund, but even that is not possible until they receive more information from PostNL. My disappointment in a retailer has never been this profound. I do not plan on ordering from Megekko again.

I had to buy a new motherboard because mine broke after a couple of years. I bought the MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI motherboard and it works great. It also has 2 m.2 slots wich is great for me!

Been buying a couple stuff from here since 5 years or more ago, all good till last Time i got monitor wich it had like 20h of use, did not came with screen sticker and other noticeable use, now i have to send it back and pay for sending wich postNL is taking ages to do.

Before i got this monitor i was playing on a 60hz monitor, when i found this one for a cheaper price i decided to get it, and never have i been happier about a decision like this

De Monitor is zo goed voor storytelling and high graphics game met 1440QHD zoals high competitive FPS games met 165Hz 10/10

Recently made myself the owner of a powerful GIGABYTE RTX 4080 Super Windforce V2, of course with the help of Megekko.

The Graphics card has incredibly increased my performance at 1440p, seeing a difference of about 130% more fps in all the games I play. Compared to my old mediocre video card from the Red Army, the GIGABYTE RTX 4080 Super Windforce V2 is simply a beast. Highly recommend.

Customer service basically told me I was a liar. It's a trivial issue really but when I ordered and paid for for next day evening delivery i later find out it was to be two days later. I raised this issue with Megekko customer service to be told that i had made a mistake. Although i had not. Then DHL (dont get me started) decided to deliver it two days later but during the day and not in the evening as i had paid for as I would not be home. I sent another email to megekko customer service to be told again that I was wrong and that it was annoying that DHL delivered it during the day. It's going to be a long time before I consider ordering through megekko again. There is simply no accountability and customer service.

one warranty return got denied due to them failing to detect the failure i was reporting, but the rest of my experiences such as buying, return processesing, and customer support over the years is great.

All my orders since 2020 where perfect. One had a faulty GPU after a few months but they replaced it really quick because there was still warranty left.

The only part that could be better would be a free return if something is broken... Not that you would need it that much.

I had a faulty product which needed to be sent back for repair. 9 minutes after I sent the mail customer service replied and gave me the answer I was looking for. Amazing support and kindly and professionally handled 10/10 keep up the good work!
