I ordered a cooling fan for my PC
I ordered a cooling fan for my PC. This one was faulty. I decided to send it back and purchase another myself. They then replaced the one i sent back to them with a new one. When i told them i would rather have the money as I already have a second one. They told me I was too late and couldnt return it. I tried to bargain and explain to them that i already ordered a new one but they didnt care for it.
Now I am stuck with two cooler and a dislike for this company.

Outstanding Customer Service.
One of my Parts was not aviable when I ordered it. So I contacted the Customer support ans asked them when the Parts will be shipped. They told me that they should get the missing part Today and they will shipped my Order. After I asked if it is possible to tell me when it will arrive they said they could send the parts they have in Stock right now and then send the missing part later on. I agreed to this and second later I got a confirmation that my Order is ready to be shipped and that they will send the missing part later.
The Customer Service is the best I had so far. Response in under 2 Hours after my first mail and then I got a reply almost directly when I replied.
I would recommend everyone to Order from Megekko they doing a great Job.

I ordered a mini PC from Magekko, which was listed as in stock for several hours after my purchase. However, after waiting for a whole day, I was informed that the item was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of reliable inventory management. If an item is advertised as in stock, it should be available for customers who purchase it. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Best Website EVER
Not gonna lie, i’ve ordered DOZENS of items of this website, and NEVER but NEVER have they let me down once.
1. Everything I always ordered arrived at my home within a DAY (as promised).
2. No boxes/items ever came broken or anything like that.
3. If I had a faulty item after awhile they where happy to assist me in any way possible.
4. Easy to Use Website and nice payment options.

Package received on time and in good order
I ordered a gaming laptop and received it within a day. I liked that they used PostNL, because I find them the most reliable delivery in my area. There was a gift bag in the package too for my laptop which I liked it a lot. Despite some reviews that I read here about some items being out of their original box, my laptop and the laptop bag arrived in original package with factory seal. The packaging was very professional and everything was fine. So happy with my purchase.
