My experience with Megelin has been nothing short of unacceptable.
I purchased the Megelin LASER & LED Light Therapy Bag bundle along with the LED Light Therapy Machine based on a medical recommendation and positive reviews. Unfortunately, the product itself was impractical—the therapy bag is excessively heavy and far too large to use comfortably, not even fitting on a standard king-size bed.
What has been far more frustrating, however, is the complete lack of competent customer service. I have made repeated attempts—both online and by phone—to get clear answers regarding a return, including refund amounts and shipping costs. Instead, I’ve received vague responses, conflicting information, and zero resolution.
On March 17, I was told a UPS return label would be provided. UPS was unable to verify the return address given by Megelin. The very next day, I received a contradictory message stating that I am solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to that same questionable address.
This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is deeply concerning and, frankly, raises red flags about the legitimacy of their return process.
Consumers should proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Megelin.
I ordered 2 solder guns
I ordered 2 solder guns. They were absolutely NOTHING like advertised!!! I emailed company as soon as I opened the package stating I wanted a refund as it is nothing like described and sent a picture of what I received compared to what I ordered. They offered a 20%refund then when I said I wanted 100% they came back at me again with a 30%refund. When I declined they sent an email stating that they can NOT issue refunds at this time and told me to pick an item on the Website.... Not happy with the company and what they sent me, I want my money back not the run around,lies they gave me
I had a small issue with my Megelin red…
I had a small issue with my Megelin red infrared bag and contacted customer service. They responded and resolved the issue immediately. I am very happy with everything.

I ordered an item incorrectly as part of my full order... I was going to call but decided to reply back to the email confirmation and right away I had a response.
Everything was handled promptly and solved w/o me having to return the extra item and wait for a credit.
I have been using the shorts and in 2 weeks I could see results. My back is not hurting nearly as much since I have used my belt... I now own multiple additional items. Very happy w my purchases!
I bought the Megelin face mask and neck…
I bought the Megelin face mask and neck red light therapy in January 2026. I liked that it had different settings. The m1 and m4 stopped working on the neck therapy in March 2026. I sent a message to Megelin, they responded very quickly (within couple of hours). Helped me troubleshoot, however it didn’t work. I sent a video of the problem. They are sending a replacement. I’m already seeing results and can’t wait to get my replacement. I’ve had several skin cancers removed requiring surgery and hope the red light therapy helps prevent that from happening again.This is a very reputable company.
Excellent Service…
We’ve really been very happy with the overall performance of our Megelin products that we have used over the past year. We were a bit bummed out when a row of lights went out on our mat. I emailed customer service and was extremely impressed by the immediate response. Within a couple of email exchanges they quickly issued a replacement. They will be our first stop for future light therapy items!

The red light products have been great! Some of the bulbs went out on the Red Light Therapy Belt Plus after 11 months and the customer service I received over the last few days was outstanding.

Bought a Magellan in Jan 2026
Bought a Magellan in Jan 2026, it’s now March 7th and my Magellan has stopped working. The m2 and m3 work but m1 and m4 have stopped working. So disappointed.

Misleading advertising on Megelin website
Due to bad advertising on Megelin website, I received the LED face mask and not the Laser/Led mask that I though I had ordered. I did not realize this until after I had opened the box. Megelin offered me a refund discount, which did not state that it had a 60 day deadline. I had been waiting for the right product to order for myself and have now been advised that I am not eligible for the refund discount anymore. Very disappointed with Megelin.

Pretty sure half the reviews are fake
Pretty sure half the reviews are fake. I bought 3.items from here, and I reached out about the multi function belt. They said I have to pay shipping and 20 percent for a refund. The thing falls off constantly and doesn't lay flat on the skin. It's a piece of garbage. Customer service doesn't even offer me help or replacement with something similar. Trash company . I spent a LOT of money this week on their products.

Customer service alone, I give five stars
I purchased a Megelin red light mat and about six weeks later noticed that half of one strip of lights had stopped working. I was disappointed, as I had been careful with the mat and followed all care instructions. I use the mat both personally and in professional sessions, so reliability is important to me.
I contacted customer service with a photo and my order number. To my surprise, they responded over a holiday weekend and immediately arranged to send a replacement. I did not have to ship the original mat back, which I appreciated. The new mat arrived within five days.
While I hope the replacement holds up long term, I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue quickly. Based on customer service alone, I give five stars.
