My order was delivered to the parcel shop and then at the same time it was sent back to the sender. I contacted Zalando - they were unable to explain why. I paid but have not received the item.
More than 3 weeks ago I ordered clothing from meinemarkenmode via Zalando UK. The parcel should have arrived on 27 Oct 2023. The parcel status is since then "expecting delivery" with no update. The payment was taken 3 weeks ago, and I cannot contact Zalando to clarify given the parcel is in "expecting delivery" status. Will shop elsewhere in the future
