My first time ordering two kenzo skirts on Saturday i got a confirmation email so I’m waiting on a shipped email and i didn’t receive one . I checked online and it says my order has been cancelled i called the customer service number 10 times and it keeps hanging up this website is a SCAM ! I will write bad reviews everywhere until somebody contact me i want my money or my kids skirts immediately

Ordered a jacket for my son took 3 days to arrive unfortunately Jacket was
too small so need to return. Spoke to customer services who were very helpful so far everything gone smoothly. I would order a bigger size jacket
but they are out of stock but will use this company again.

My order was placed on 9/1/2018, and received package on 9/6/2018.
I returned some items on 9/8, and it as been delivered on 9/13 (by DHL shipping history), It's been 6 weeks since the package delivered, but I still have not received the refund till today, 10/22.
I wrote several emails to the customer service, but the reply always "still processing". it's not big money, but it's so annoying to track the refund. I just want to know when the refund could be received?????

RUN. Do not purchase anything from this company if you live in the United States. Worst customer service experience that I have ever had. They never shipped my item after claiming it shipped by email. I placed my order on 9/20/2018... 13 days later they still can't answer any basic information like did it ship, is the item sold out, back ordered, etc.... Finally asked for a full refund after 13 days, 4-5 calls to them, long wait times on hold, just to be told to wait 24-48 hours for a response from corporate/warehouse, which never comes. Absolutely terrible.
*** In response to your reply..."light delay" -How is 13 days a light delay because of a time zone difference? Your in France, not Mars. Also its amazing that I got a response in 15 minutes after posting this negative review after not receiving any information from my 5 phone calls to your customer service dept. over a 13 day period. Comical at best.

Do not buy from this company! I paid £11 for next day delivery only for it to come a week later (their reasoning was due to a public holiday in France!) I returned the items as it was time sensitive and was only refunded the costs of the goods. They promised they would refund the shipping and return costs (£20) but a month later I am still waiting for this to be refunded. Luckily I paid with Paypal so I will be escalating this with them now.

I placed an order from USA, which was promtply shiped. 10 days after that, the other seems to be stuck ‘on hold’ in DHL France. I have contacted customer services 3 times and I cannot get a straight answer from them on when the package will be delivered and/or when I will be able to get a refund. This is extremely frustrating and customer services team in the USA has been terribly inefficient in managing the situation. I would recommend to stay away from this website to avoid disappointments.

I was so surprised when I read some of the reviews, that I just had to write in about my excellent experiences with Melijoe. I have been ordering from Melijoe for about a year now. I could not be happier with the service and selection and I regularly order clothing for my daughters from their site. My orders come immediately and are well packaged. I've ordered on a Monday morning and have had my package arrive from France by Tuesday afternoon! I appreciate the constant email updates so that I can easily track my package. There have been a couple of times that I called the customer service team with regards to a return or about sizing. Each time I have called, the team was so friendly, helpful and pleasant. I always hang up the phone satisfied. I frequently ordered from other online stores in the past, but now we primarily use Melijoe for their beautiful selection and service!!

I discovered Melijoe about 6 months ago and fell in love with many of the European brands that are impossible to find in the USA. I never ordered an item during this time due to poor reviews about delivery and returns. In the last week I found a Dehry lace dress on their website that I just couldn’t stop thinking about for Easter. It really was so classically and timelessly beautiful. My mother looked at it and also fell in love. We decided to bite the bullet for the sake of this dress and place the order. Actually, my mother was the one who ordered it. I have to say that in the history of purchasing from many higher end retailers I have never had a better experience. Melijoe expressly states during the check out process that the price for customs clearance is included in the total. It also states that you will have delivery within 3 business days for a small fee. The order was placed this past weekend. We received and email correspondence immediately upon checking out verifying the order being placed. First thing Monday morning Melijoe sent and email stating the order was processed by their warehouse and a shipping label was created. On Monday I was able to track the package through the emails Melijoe sent. Tuesday the package arrived in Philadelphia and cleared customs expeditiously. Finally today the package arrived and the correct dress in the correct sizing was neatly placed in a sturdy box. The ordering process and communications from Melijoe were extremely timely and efficient all around. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
On a side note, I have never dealt with Melijoe’s customer service to return an item or to disputed an issue. However, it should be noted that Melijoe is a relatively small company, although growing, in the grand scheme of a businesses. I believe a recent Forbes article stated there was approximately 40 staff members, but I could be misquoting that number. Melijoe is also a very young business so it’s to be expected that certain kinks need ironing out at this point. It’s also safe to say that no business however large or small or old or young is without errors. The more I order I’m bound to run into an issue with any business, which includes Melijoe. When it does occur I plan to work with them to resolve the problem. Like any other business if the transaction agreement and conditions aren’t honored with in a matter of weeks to maybe a month I’d contact my card company and create a dispute to obtain a refund or worst case scenario a charge back. I’m not sure why some of the reviewers below have stated not receiving goods or refunds and yet never contacted their card companies. Something doesn’t make sense about that.
All in all, I’m a smart, cautious and sensible person and my my review is completely accurate and I reccomend purchasing from Melijoe if you see something that piques your interest.

I ordered once at Christmas, had no problem receiving the item but I messaged on their website to request a refund and didn’t hear back, I also emailed to no avail so I would say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be shopping here again, there are other stores with much better service.

I was a bit sceptical ordering from here after seeing the reviews below but can say I’ve had a good experience. I ordered on credit card and through PayPal to ensure my purchase was safe.
I ordered a Burberry coat that had sold out at the usual site we shop at. The coat came quickly and was packaged lovely.
Only negative is that I ordered through topcashback where melijoe states that they offer 10% for first purchases and this hasn’t been honared

This is my first time buying with melijoe and the experience has been great. Firstly, the website is pleasure to use; then payment was easy; and goods received within 3 working days (I'm located in Australia). Upon opening the box, there was a printed thank you card and the invoiced beautifully enveloped. Items were nicely tissue wrapped (I felt like I was opening a present), And the 4 clothing item I bought were neatly folded. The quality of the items was as pictured and described. Only thing to consider when buying fleece material is that there will be shrinkage after washing, if you account for that then it's not a problem. Lucky I bought a size bigger.

We bought 200$ worth of clothing for our son and were waiting. We tried to call and they didn’t answer then we finally got them on the line and they said they canceled our order. We asked why? She said she had no reason. We never received an email confirming or letting us know they canceled the order only one saying they charged us. We asked to speak to someone and she said no one is in the office although it says open until 7pm. Yet our card statement says we were charged the amount!!! What a f-ing scam! Who does that to inncocent families just trying to shop for a joyous time. Any review they have saying otherwise is simply people they’ve paid to. Such a sad unethical company. Stay away and save yourself the anger, frustration and this company ruining your special moment. This review will be going on every single place I can find. You don’t deserve to have a business.

I totally disagree with the below comments .... I ordered a Moncler coat and it arrived within time and was packaged up beautifully!
I think they are a great company! ..... if you put into this site any other company that you would normally use ... IE ASOS they too come up as a terrible company! .... This site seems to be a platform for only the negative feedback! ... shame really as I had a great experience with them..... so take the comments with a pinch of salt! ;)

I ordered a pair of Adidas Velcro superstars and was excited that I finally found a cute pair of Velcro shoes for someone my age when they usually only have it for babies and toddlers. Plus it's hard to find shoes online for my size.
The shipping was fast and great, but what's not so great was that it wasn't the right shoes that I ordered. Knowing and feeling that whoever packaged it gave me the wrong pairs on PURPOSE. It even says on the paper printed of what I ordered was Adidas VELCRO superstars. But instead I still got the LACED Adidas superstar shoes sent to me. This is probably some kind of joke, getting me hopes up for nothing.
I wish I could get the shoes that I've been dying to have for free shipped to me in return of Melijoe's horrible service to make up for it. But I'd rather not return them because I'd probably not get my money back. As again.. NEVER going to order online from this website ever again.
