It is a very good expierence for the test. The lady who did the blood extraction is very polite and the progress is also very fast.

Made our travel more stress free
My whole family needed PCR tests for two seperate international departures. Getting the tests through on time is incredibly important (and stressful) and Melio UK completely delivered. With my husband results came through within 24 hours and for the rest of my family 5 hours before the 9:00pm cut-off time.
I also needed a refund on an earlier booked test, which was dealt with efficiently.

Pruebas Covid, servicio fatal-no compra!!! Covid tests-terrible service do not buy!
He pagado para una prueba covid antigeno a viajar a Reino Unido. Cuando llegue al primero centro hubo un cola de 3hrs, espere 30 minutos y la cola no movio. Al segundo centro hubo una cola de 4 horas!! Al tercero centro hubo un cola de solo 30-40 minutos y todos ha pasado bien PERO my resultados no han llegado en 2 o 3 horas pero ca 20 horas!!
Servicio fatal-no compra!!!
I paid for a 2 hour anitigen test to travel to the UK but when I arrived at the first test centre there was a queue of 3 hours that didn't move in 30 minutes. At the second centre there was a queue of 4 hours! At the third centre there was a queue of only 30 minutes and everything went well BUT I didn't receive my results until almost 20 hours later!
Really bad service-DO NOT BUY IT!!

Got help from Flo when my result was…
Got help from Flo when my result was delayed. She was very patient and professional with adding my details to the test result and uploading so I can receive it by email.
When I noticed the test time was not stated I go back to her via chat and she went about correcting this.
She is GREAT and I am Grateful🙏🏾
