I absolutely love Melio Payments! As the CFO of a small business I can say this company is a life saver. They save me sooooo much time and money. Sara V should get a raise. She replied with multiple emails and helped me understand the options for my Fast ACH payment. I got the run-around with Melio chat who said I had to contact Intuit. I called Intuit who said they could only give me the number to Melio customer service, 646-665-4648. The Melio chat girl said there isn't a phone customer service and I could email a generic support-at-melio.com. I didn't have any hope in this option but didn't have another option. Sara V came to my rescue! I ended up cancelling yesterday's payment and resending it. My boss and vendor are happy and I am thankful for an attentive agent. Sara V was a ray of sunshine in my day!
