Dani was great, answered all my questions and concerns, also guided me step by step in gusto bills tab. I am very happy to be guided made me feel like I was not alone and had actual help.

I absolutely love Melio Payments

I absolutely love Melio Payments! As the CFO of a small business I can say this company is a life saver. They save me sooooo much time and money. The feature that monitors my emails for invoices is the absolute best! I also love that vendors have the option to input their details. Melio really has thought of everything and just keeps getting better!

Sara V should get a raise

Sara V should get a raise. She replied with multiple emails and helped me understand the options for my Fast ACH payment. I got the run-around with Melio chat who said I had to contact Intuit. I called Intuit who said they could only give me the number to Melio customer service, 646-665-4648. The Melio chat girl said there isn't a phone customer service and I could email a generic support-at-melio.com. I didn't have any hope in this option but didn't have another option. Sara V came to my rescue! I ended up cancelling yesterday's payment and resending it. My boss and vendor are happy and I am thankful for an attentive agent. Sara V was a ray of sunshine in my day!

Jess was really great and patient with me as I tried to get my account set up. Payments to me were being rejected and I was quite frustrated. She offered to stay with me while I deleted and re-set my account info and got it all corrected.

Easy, Affordable, and Great Support

I recently started a small business and needed an inexpensive way to send a few ACH transactions each month. After some research, I came across Melio. It was exactly what I needed. Simple, effective, and integrated easily with QuickBooks Online.

Signing up was quick and free. I can send up to five ACH payments per month at no cost, which is perfect for my current needs. After sending my first ACH, I had a question and used the chat feature. I was quickly connected with Debbie after a brief interaction with the AI assistant. She was helpful, pleasant, and answered my question in no time.

I really appreciate companies that make it easy to do business and are responsive to their customers. Melio fits that mold, and it's the kind of company I’m happy to grow and scale with.

Exceptional support from Lulu — professional, patient, and persistent

I had a complicated issue involving two wire payments that were misrouted due to a small error in the account number. Lulu from Melio Support went above and beyond — she stayed on the case, coordinated with internal teams, and navigated conflicting bank responses with professionalism and clarity.

What really stood out was her consistent communication, patience, and determination to get it resolved — and she did. I truly appreciated how she kept me in the loop the entire time and treated the situation with urgency and care.
