No instructions on how to redeem or use the e-tickets I just bought? I buy them (through the Bank of America credit card reward site) on your website, then how do I use them to at one of your theaters? If I book tickets for a particular showing at a particular theater, at online checkout, how do I use them to pay? No field descriptions given. The whole process is not thought through.
