Deceptive Rebrand & Corporate Software Delivery Failure
WARNING FOR PRO PHOTOGRAPHERS: Provable Fraud & Deceptive Data Practices at MementoPix / LumaPix
If you are trusting MementoPix with your commercial workflow, look closely at how they treat verified licensees. President Michael Mondry just claimed in writing to account "sgc3dogsranch at gmail dot com" that “MementoPix has absolutely no affiliation with the former LumaPix.” This is a provable lie. Public patent filings and corporate registries verify that Michael Mondry was the literal President of LumaPix before rebranding. In public forums, Mondry has explicitly admitted: “We never did go out of business... We are quite alive.”
They didn't go out of business—they just changed their corporate name to escape legacy customer obligations. Now, their legacy support desk is actively distributing an outdated, buggy 20MB Version 5.0 compilation from 2020 via their Amazon S3 repository, while gaslighting paying customers by claiming the final, stable 30.73 MB standalone Version 5.5 (Build 508688) engine “was never packaged.”
I have the complete paper trail, including their 48-hour expiring download ultimatums that purposefully deliver the wrong file payload.. MementoPix leadership: Do the right thing ethically. Instruct your technical team to pull the authentic 30.73 MB final v5.5 core engine file from your master archives and send it to my verified account immediately. Stop hiding behind fake corporate walls to avoid sending a 30 MB file to a paying customer.
