Would highly recommend using this company. We ordered a memorial plaque and realised after we had made a spelling mistake. I immediately emailed them and the mistake was rectified straight away. The quality of the product was amazing. Extremely pleased.

Wrong memorial and poor contact
Ordered a memorial for my dad and about a week later the wrong one arrived , with my 82 year old mum beside as I opened it. BE AWARE, they do not list a phone number so your only communication is email or messaging that doesn’t really work it seems. Three days after contacting them I still don’t know what’s happening . An apology email and nothing since. Had I spotted the “no phone number” thing I wouldn’t have ordered but live and learn. I will avoid in future.

We ordered a memorial vase for our dad. The customisation of the item was easy. It was great that there was a good range of choice for the front of the memorial vase. When it arrived it was greater than expected, very moving and special to receive, such a lovely item. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. A very heavy solid item which is good.
