What a find.
My sister and I were snowed under with Lasting Power of Attorney paperwork which we found extremely confusing and were unsure what to do next.

The advice from Mendy and Watt was customised to our specific needs which was a change to our exisiting documents and Kate suggested which options were available, some we had not thought of and based on this info we made these changes. The advice from Mendy and Watt was tailor-made to meet our specific circumstances.
Our legal requirements were listened to in a courteous, attentive and professional manner.
We were encouraged to explain our individual circumstances and given plenty of time to talk and think over the clearly presented advice. We needed to undertake Wills, Power of Attorney and Estate Planning to enable security for a vulnerable person and we were reassured regarding this.

Matt Heyes had a couple of meetings with me back in May regarding a pension. One of which he cancelled last minute and rearranged. He took all of my personal data and financial information, letting me know he would use it to come back with a recommended pension.
I haven’t heard from him since, I have chased and chased and given up. Not even a courtesy message from him.
I rang the main office to request my data be deleted as per GDPR law and I’m not hopeful that will even be actioned - the lady on the phone was very unhelpful and not apologetic at all.
This company comes across like a scam collecting personal financial information and never contacting clients back.
Highly unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

My wife and I needed to update our back to back wills a few years ago and we found Mendy and Watt to be extremely efficient and friendly. On the death of my wife last year I needed to make a few urgent changes and again I received excellent service and found that the individual attention was above and beyond what I had expected from a firm. The listening, understanding and the advice were all excellent and I really felt as if I was the only client that mattered.
